Chambres vétustes méritent un rafraîchissement mais au prix... difficile d'être exigeants.
On a aimé la proximité de l'océan et des restaurants.

Nothing I loved it all
There was an issue with the original booking as the booking I had confirmation on by booking.com was double booked where I was asked to stay at the property next door. I wasn't offered any compensation by way of a complimentary meal or beverage for the inconvenience. The bungalow that I had booked was not clean although upon my arrival, cleaners were cleaning it. There was sand throughout the downstairs area, the bathroom was unclean, I had to ask for fresh towels, there was no water bottles offered daily, it was difficult to communicate with the staff due to language barrier, which is understandable, no instructions were provided for breakfast options, when that was figured out it was dismal and disappointing to say the least. The communal seating where you can eat your meal was disappointing as the salt, pepper, serviettes where unavailable or empty. There wasn't a host on site to ensure my stay was enjoyable or ask if I required anything. I wasn't able to ascertain if they had a laundry service. Coffee/tea/sugar was not replenished. The 2 bungalows each side of me had a lounge area which would have been nice as I had a bathroom downstairs and if I wanted to relax, I had to go upstairs to lay on the bed. The air conditioner remote didn't work. That wasn't fixed so I had the air conditioner blaring on a cold setting right on my bed both nights that I was there as it couldn't be switched off. There was no person to speak to about it for it to be rectified. The stairs l from the downstairs entry were unsafe in parts, creaking and I had a splinter in my foot
Overall, it was a very disappointing property,1 considering I had travelled so far to experience what Lovina had to offer.
The bed was comfortable, however the mosquito netting was worn, torn and could use a wash. I didn't look at the pillows under the pillowcase. I shudder to think.

Det mesta. Rummen var smutsiga. Även om man satte upp lapp att man ville ha städat, gjordes det inte. Hela hotellet kändes ofräscht. Personalen låg hellre i skuggan med sina mobiler än skötte arbetet på hotellet. Det finns ingen anledning att bo på detta hotell.
Cabañas rústicas muy acordes con el lugar. En primerísima línea de playa. Te organizan excursiones para ver los delfines y con restaurantes excelentes justo al lado.
Lo que menos me gustó fue no tener más tiempo para disfrutarlo con más tranquilidad.
