Pros:

Abseits gelegen, aber wir fanden es nett. Freundliche Gastgeber und super Tartar Sauce…

Cons:

Wir mussten das Zimmer nach einer Nacht wechseln, aber die Gastgeber haben sich sehr entschuldigt und ein Abendessen spendiert wegen der Unannehmlichkeiten….

Welcoming family run hotel in an excellent position for exploring Hoy
Pros:

Very friendly and welcoming family. Good location.

Cons:

The faculties and food was fairly basic, but we appreciate that the family were new to the business and they more than made up for any shortfalls in comfort

Mismatched unironed sheets. High window with view of derelict building. In three days room not serviced. Empty hotel services folder
Spartan dining room which could be lovely. Bland food with no choice (chicken two nights running) pleasant but scruffy staff (leggings and joggers) No itemised bill, just told an amount.
