Pros:

No breakfast, The Location is very Good

Cons:

The facilities are old from the Settee in the reception, need replacement, the kitchen is extremely poor and in bad state. The room i stayed in have roaches and was move to another room same thing, just keep vigil so that they will not enter my travelling bag.

Could have been better and more modern
Pros:

The staff were hospitable. Good location.
Bath and toilet were newly renovated and nice. AC was working well. Had electricity most of the time

Cons:

The building should be painted and made attractive. Reception was ugly with tattered seats and dull lights. Kitchen had old plastic plates. Small rug at the door was old , faded and dirty.

The staff was helpful. The AC was on all through. The bed was wide enough and comfortable, also the room
