Un séjour plus que parfait !
Pros:

Tout!! C’était plus que parfait!! L’endroit est magnifique, le personnel est plus que attentionné. Le dîner était exceptionnel, les chambres très propres, les lits super confortables et le Onsen…. Un pur bonheur. Rien à dire … on est bluffé.

Le fait de devoir partir 🤓

This is an exceptional hotel!!
Pros:

Staff here are lovely, stunning views, excellent food! One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Definitely recommend and stay half board.
Special mention for Nguyen from Vietnam who looked after us.

This is one of the best resorts I’ve stayed at in Japan.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. The dinner and breakfast were amazing, especially with the use of fresh local ingredients. The room was spacious and offered a beautiful view—you could look out over Lake Biwa all day.
I only stayed at the resort for one day and wish I had more time to explore everything it has to offer. There are great facilities, including a basketball court, tennis court, and inviting common areas. It’s also an excellent place for families, with plenty of kid-friendly amenities, even for toddlers.

Cons:

The location isn’t the most convenient for travelers who don’t drive, but I believe there is a shuttle bus available.
