TN Fire authorities should audit this building for any violation of fire NOC

Excellent staff, very cordial and helpful

Cons:

No Wifi, no break fast, no hotels nearby. Staffs were ready to provide room service by bringing food from other hotels. staircase very narrow, door locks are very tight and sharp edge, trying to open the latch at top, i got hand injury. poor design of whole building itself, I doubt whether this building have a fire NOC for occupancy or not.

Towels were stained. Had to fight to get a clean one and it took a while before we could get them. The sheets had stains and weren’t clean
