Preis Leistung - sehr gut Lage - angenehmes Appartement
Pros:

Der Komfort war sehr gut, da die Heizung ( Heizkörper) noch nicht funktionstüchtig war, wurde uns ein mobiles Heizgerät zur Verfügung gestellt. Was zu der Jahreszeit auch sehr gut funktionierte. Das kleine Appartement war sehr schön, und sehr gepflegt. Das Preis/ Leistungsverhältins ist hervorragend.

Cons:

Negativ zu bewerten war : Besteck war vorhanden allerdings nur 1 Teelöffel. Auch gab es kein Geschirrhandtuch zum Abtrocknen.

Visiblement l'appartement venait d'être refait...
Encore un peu de progrès, il manquait du papier WC et la chasse d'eau nécessitait un réglage ( ce qui a été fait très rapidement après ma demande )
Sinon, c'était adapté à mon besoin ponctuel d'un déplacement professionnel.

Cons:

Il vaut mieux savoir se débrouiller en allemand, car selon ce que j'en ai compris, la langue d'origine de l'hôte n'est pas l'allemand, mais il se débrouille. En français, cela aurait pu être plus compliqué

Da diese Heizform gefährlich ist - und der Vermietern über uns eine funktionierende Heizung hatte- nie wieder
Pros:

Sehr netter Vermieter- hat uns eine Parkmöglichkeit zur Verfügung gestellt- sehr saubere Wohnung- ohne Heizung!

Cons:

Der Vermieter teilte uns mit das es keine funktionsfähige Heizung gibt- und wir den Raum mit einem mobilen Gas Heizofen im geschlossen Raum heizen sollen-Fernsehen konnte man nur mit Netflix in russischer Sprache.
