very awful smell and experience

The room was in terrible condition—the sheets were dirty, the AC wasn’t working, and overall cleanliness was unacceptable. On top of that, you refused to issue a refund even though I was clearly qualified for one. Staying in your hotel feels unsafe, and I would never recommend it to anyone. Booking.com should be made aware of this situation.
