Pros:

Personale disponibilissimo per qualsiasi necessità il cliente abbia, magari il problema non può essere risolto ma potete essere sicuri che la struttura proverà ad assecondarvi

Très bien…
Pros:

Personnel très sympathique, disponible, prévenant et souriant.
Literie confortable, équivalent aux photos. Pas de mauvaises surprises.
Piscine agréable avec vue sur le mont meru.
Cuisine très bonne, abordable (aussi pour les boissons) .

Cons:

Manque de débit pour la douche

With improvements it’d be an exceptionally great location for short stay
Pros:

Proximity to the CBD, great view of Mt. Meru, friendly staff, clean rooms, great complimentary breakfast and could do with a bit more variety.

Cons:

The shower doesn’t have pressure, at all, telephone and internet in the room doesn’t work, complimentary tea and water not replenished for more than a day stay, the water heater switch is placed inconveniently outside the cottage and guests are not informed of this, there’s no guest information package
