Very bad experience. Booking.com should not do its marketing and remove it from the search.
Pros:

Poor show, they have two rooms, very bad planning. Poorly equipped, the owner hasn’t any sense of host needs. Even we have to ask for towels, water and other amenities.
Bathroom is badly designed. We have travelled around the globe and most of India but we have never seen such a badly designed bathroom. There is no force in the tapes and no hot water in such a cold place like Ranikhet.
There is Sequirity issues you are left alone on the floor.

Cons:

There is nothing to like in the property.

Exceptional
Pros:

Loved the location and the overall vibe! It was easy to find using the map, and the host was super helpful. The rooms were beautifully designed and absolutely worth the price. Plus, they had private parking, so I didn't have to worry about my car.

Cons:

No complaints, everything was well managed.
