Pros:

An excellent experience! Walking distance to Milan Centrale , and metro station. Renovated room. Clean bathroom and comfortable bed with clean bedsheets. Warm enough, as we visited late March. And a large bright window! The gentleman in reception, was kind enough and took our suitcases to upper floor, since there is no lift. Recommended!

Good for a stay to catch an early train. If you are looking for a romantic stay, get another place..

Conveniently closed to Milano Centrale.

Cons:

The Owner was kinda snobby and rude . There was a massive construction in the street and the window went directly to that construction side

Lo justo para dormir un par de días
Pros:

Buena zona, bien ubicado para la Estación Central y tiene sitios cercanos para comer o desayunar.

Cons:

El colchón es muy incómodo. Me fastidió la espalda durante estos días en Milán.
Las escaleras no son muy cómodas.
Relación precio - comodidad no es muy ajustado .

Excelente custo benefício
Pros:

Localização excelente, muito próximo da estação de trem, com restaurantes, bares e mercados também próximos. O quarto era limpo, modernizado e silencioso. Atendimento excepcional, simpatia e recomendações de onde comer. O hotel não possui elevador e não foi um problema para nós.

Terrible
Cons:

Even though we had a reservation at Republica Hotel, they immediately redirected us through the stairs to San Gregoria Hotel and gave us a room there instead. We left our belongings and went out, but when we returned at night, the heating had been completely turned off and there was no remote control for the air conditioner in the room.

We tried to contact the hotel staff, but they did not respond to our messages. In the morning, we received a message saying that there was no one at the hotel. We were freezing all night—it was a terrible experience. We even tried to warm the room using a hair dryer.

Around 9 a.m., they finally turned the heating back on. I definitely do not recommend this place; you cannot find anyone to assist you when needed.

The toilet was also not properly cleaned. There were hairs around it, and it looked like they had just poured a pink liquid inside to make it appear clean without even flushing it.
