Gerne wieder einmal.
Pros:

Der Gastgeben hat mir das Frühstück früher zubereitet, weil ich das erste Postauto erwischen wollte. Sehr nett, fand ich das. Ausserdem ist er ein sensationeller Koch.

Cons:

Die Angaben von Booking sind ein bisschen ungenau. Das Kiental ist zu Fuss eine Stunde weg von der Griesalp. Die Postautoverbindungen sind nicht schlecht. Ausserdem fährt man die europaweit steilste Postautostrecke. Es ist sehr eindrücklich.

Pros:

Bylo v pěkné lokalitě, vše bylo čisté (jak pokoj, tak sprcha)

Cons:

Při příjezdu jsme měli problém s rezervací, ale paní na recepci neuměla anglicky, takže nám ve finále jen ukázala pokoj a vše ostatní jsme si museli zjistit sami 🥴 nejdříve nás překvapily dveře, které se zamykaly jen zevnitř, přes dřevěné okna šlo všechno slyšet (slyšeli jsme každé slovo hostů na zahrádce nebo zvony od krav), taky vrzala podlaha a zadrhávaly se nám ponožky - doporučuji si vzít papuče 🤭 zkrátka to je spíš chata pro místní horaly a ne pro nás turisty 😄

The location is superb since we hiked to the Griesalp experiencing the waterfalls on the way towards Murren.

Cons:

The flies at breakfast, but we enjoyed our coffee in the room to escape.

Alpine getaway.
Pros:

Absolutely rural. Thirty minute bus ride from the Reichenbach train station with bus stop out front. Iconic Swiss bell cows surround the property. No more than five rooms available. Bake their own bread. No cell service but WiFi on site.

Cons:

This site does not cater to international sightseers but to alpine vacationers. Bathroom on second floor is shared. No A/C but open windows to a literal alpine valley.

Felt really true to a ‘Switzerland experience’ tucked away in the mountains in a beautiful location

Cons:

Signal and WiFi was poor but it added to the ‘out the way experience’ so I didn’t mind
