Iznimno loše opremljena soba, prljava kupaonica, smrdljiva posteljina i soba, nema klimatizaciju pa je jako vruće u sobi, nepostojanje pribora u mini kuhinji (dočekala nas je jedna šalica na nas troje), prljav pod, zagušljivo.

Дуже брудно. Починаючи з вулиці вже стало очевидно, що нічого хорошого не буде: повно мужчин, що вживають алкоголь і голосно з'ясовують стосунки, сміття, брудний коридор, ліфт взагалі мабуть ніколи не мили (іноді користувалась сходами, а ми жили на 4му поверсі), в торгових автоматах води мало, але горілкою вщент заповнений. Потім кімната на трьох: брудно, смердить цигарками і перегаром, рушників немає, туалетний папір майже використаний рулон і це на трьох на п'ять днів 🙄 пил, крихти скізь, посуду немає взагалі, кухня бруднюща, антисанітарія повна, фен вісутній, в шухлядах брудно, на шафі шар пилу і сторонні предмети, вікно брудне і замацане, відро для сміття без пакету. В ванній кімнаті шар пилу що на сушарці, що у витяжці ще й дуже смерділо. Немає прибирань взагалі. Самі наводили лад і просила персонал дати мені швабру, щоб зібрати трохи бруд в кімнаті (це ви можете перевірити по камерах), також просили рушники, рулончик туалетного паперу, якусь чашку, ложку, бо кімнати порожні зовсім. Сміття виносили самі до візка прибиральників. Ліжко: спершу не могли зрозуміти, чи воно вже застелене, чи це ще без білизни. Виявилось, що це така білизна. Плями, не свіжий запах, та й на вигляд жахливо.

В готелі досить шумно, поспати вам не вийде. Навіть о третій ранку мене розбудили галасливі мешканці, що під вікнами з'ясовували стосунки і в них падали і котилися пляшки пиво/горілка.
Стіл і стільці були липкі, брудні і вже давно розвалюбться.
Дуже жахливо, розчарована.

Sauber und freundlich, aber nur spartanische Ausstattung
Pros:

Super hilfsbereites Personal. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältni. Busse fußläufig 4-8 Minuten, S-Bahn und Straßenbahn mit Bus schnell erreichbar, zu Fuß auch in 25 min möglich. Supermarkt an S-Bahn. Hauptbahnhof per ÖPNV in 36 min erreichbar. FastFoodRestaurant 8 min zu Fuß entfernt. Parkplätze in TG und entlang Strasse. München bietet preiswertes Wochenticket für ÖPNV. Mehrere Hotels dicht beieinander. Alles voller gleichgesinnter Konzertbesucher, somit fühlte man sich sicher. Bäume und Vegetationsflächen. vorhanden.

Cons:

Keine Tassen oder Gläser. Nur zwei Teller, nur eine Gabel, keine Schere, kein Dosenöffner, kein Wasserkocher, kein Geschirrspülmittel, kein Gechirrhandtuch, keine Seife (aber Duschgel vorhanden), keine Spülbürste oder Schwamm. Teilweise hatte ich vorausschauend die Utensilien selber dabei. Der fehlende Rest verursachte Einschränkungen. Das öffentliche Umfeld war ungepflegt und verlassen, mit Autowrack.

Eravamo preoccupati a causa delle pessime recensioni lette prima della partenza ma tutto sommato ci siamo trovati bene.

Pros:

Zona tranquilla,trasporti a 5 minuti a piedi dalla struttura che raggiungono il centro di Monaco ( bisogna prenderne due)

Cons:

Un asciugamano per tutto il periodo del soggiorno è un po' poco anche perche' devi asciugarti dal viso al corpo,piedi e c..o😱. Cuscino inesistente .La pulizia viene fatta solo alla fine del soggiorno e non giornaliera.
