Šią vietą rinkčiausi tik kraštutiniu atveju, jei nerasčiau kitų priimtinų variantų.
Cons:

NEŠVARA - nevalyti, limpantys stalai tiek bendrose patalpose tiek ir kambariuose. Grindys pravalomos, tačiau švara taip pat neblizga. Duše nėra muilo, šampūno. Kad atsiųstų sąskaitą faktūrą nesulaukiu iki dabar.

Diese Unterkunft steht bei uns auf der roten Liste.
Cons:

Wir hatten die Unterkunft für unsere Mitarbeiter gebucht. Es wurde berichtet, dass der Parkplatz mit Müll überschüttet ist und sogar eine dicke Ratte wurde gesichtet.
In den Zimmern hat es sehr stark gerochen - auch die Betten waren eine Zumutung.

The worst one in Munich that i have ever had.
Pros:

Almost Nothing

Cons:

The room was clean but there was nothing in the room. Even there was no towel there and i paid €100 per night. It is crazy price for such a hotel/hostel.

Avoid at all costs.
Pros:

I liked nothing.

Cons:

I received a message from the staff that no one will be at the reception from 5pm onward and I had to get the key from an unlocked drawer at the counter of the reception. There were bugs on beds and several stains in the kitchenette aswell as shower. There was a brown/red stain on the curtains aswell and when I opened it, dead bugs fell out. I didn’t spend a single night as said dead bugs were *bed bugs*.

Für eine Nacht ist das okay für weitere weniger
Pros:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett und freundlich und hat auch bei Fragen eine Antwort immer parat gehabt.
Die Lage war sehr gut man ist mit Bus und Bahn schnell im Zentrum gewesen.
Parkplatz Möglichkeiten wurden gegeben, war sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Gebäude und das Zimmer haben sehr stark nach altem und muffigen Zigarettenrauch gestunken, wir hatten das Fenster in der Nacht offen, sonst wäre das schlafen nicht möglich gewesen, dementsprechend hat leider auch die Bettwäsche komisch gerochen.
Im Badezimmer war leider kein Haarföhn vorhanden und eine Shampoo Flasche vom Vorgänger war auch noch in der Dusche.. nicht alle Lichtschalter hatten eine Funktion, und man hatte im Badezimmer von der Dunstabzugshaube war die Verblendung leider nicht vorhanden. Dementsprechend hat man die verstaubten Propeller gesehen.

Pros:

Die Betten waren o. K. u. sauber.

Cons:

Das gebuchte Apartment sollte mit Küchenutensilien ausgestattet sein. Es war nichts da. Die vorhandene Mikrowelle war siffig, ob sie funktioniert hätte haben wir nicht mehr ausprobiert, zu ekelig. Das Restaurant im EG war geschlossen, obwohl erst für 2 Tg. später angekündigt. Statt dessen Automaten für Kaffee u. Kaltgetränke. Der Kaffeeautomat funktionierte wohl auch nicht. Haben jedenfalls keinen Kaffee rausbekommen. Auch wenn es ein überwiegend von Monteuren gebuchten Hotel ist, sollten die angegebenen Merkmale vorhanden sein.
