Das Hotel ist wirklich wunderschön, genau so möchte man Indien erleben.
Dad Personal ist mega nett und hilfsbereit.
Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
Besonders Freude hatten wir an den Mitarbeiteri Darshna, sie war wirklich lieb und hilfsbereit!
Wir haben uns immer wohl gefühlt, uns mit unseren Anliegen an Sie zu wenden.

Cons:

Der einzige Nachteil ist die laute Musik, die Do-So Abends aus der Hotelbar durch das ganze Hotel schallt. Besonders am Samstag Abend hat sie uns das Schlafen sehr erschwert.

Moonlight cafe op de rooftop is echt fantastisch . Klein maar goed zwembad met gratis handdoeken. Leuk en goed personeel en altijd Happy hour. Eten en ontbijt is heel goed

Nothing to be like as property denied to provide me the room even it is pre booked.

This is the highest level of worst experience I ve ever had.

Highly unprofessional behaviour beyond the imagination as I ve travelled 300 km from bikaner to Jaipur to hear that my booking has been cancelled without any prior intimation.

Simply pathetic un imaginable highly unprofessional delivery of customer committment

Will never appreciate such behaviour and caution others also to not to book such cheap property ever in ur life.

Lifetime Learning for me.

Cancelan a pocas horas de alojarse.

El personal fue amable

Cons:

Me cancelaron la reserva en menos de unas horas de llegar, el mismo dia de la reserva. No me gustó para nada. Me ofrecieron moverme a otro hotel y yo acepté porque no tenía otra opcion pero llegó una microbus llena de personas a alojarse. Me cambiaron a un hotel que no llenó mis expectativas. Me dio miedo dormir en el nuevo hotel. Be aware, this people cancel the booking in less than 24h so if you have taxi or plans, you wont be able to cancel them because of the short notice period. This force you to accept other hotel they have which is not similar to this hotel

Pros:

El personal es muy amable y está super atento a las necesidades.
El desayuno es super completo.
La habitación es cómoda y muy limpia.
La ducha tiene agua caliente y sale buena presión.
La ubicación es una zona muy tranquila.
La cama es muy cómoda.
Tiene Netflix y Youtube, ideal para relajar.

Cons:

La verdad es que no hemos podido descansar. Los vecinos de arriba corriendo muebles hasta la 1 am de la mañana.
Se escucha la puerta de la mampara del baño cuando la abren y la cierran.
Los vecinos del mismo piso estaban a los gritos muy tarde de puerta a puerta y temprano por la mañana, con la puerta abierta. Se escuchaba todo lo que hacían. Deberían silenciar a las personas de 22 hs a 8 am.
El wifi no funciona bien.
