Pros:

Overall great stay. Check in was smooth. The booking was billed only on checking in. The room was clean and looked quite new. Zakia, the restaurant served great food. The service people in restaurant were very attentive and knowledgeable about the food and helped us choose from the menu. The feel of the place, the traditional furniture and pictures are really breathtaking. For an authentic experience, this is a great stay.

Cons:

Nothing much. AC could be better.

Pros:

The property exceeded our expectations we had as the first time travelers in India. It was clean, well-maintained, comfortable and the style was amazing. We were able to check-in earlier after a long trip, it was nearly a life-saving experience. The wifi was fast, the bed was comfy, hot water all the time, the staff were attentive and helpful. We also had an amazing time on the rooftop bar (over the moon) with some bears and shisha (hookah). We used Uber to go around the city from and to the hotel and it worked fine.

Cons:

Everything was perfect. No negative points.

un hôtel propre, avec un service exceptionnel et un excellent petit déjeuner, malgré un rooftop peu adapté aux non-fumeu
Pros:

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel a été particulièrement attentionné et aux petits soins tout au long de notre visite. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la propreté irréprochable des lieux ainsi que le petit déjeuner, qui était excellent et très varié. L’établissement est même apparu presque trop luxueux pour nous

Nous tenons aussi à souligner la gentillesse du personnel, qui n’a pas hésité à nous changer de chambre. En effet, la première était équipée uniquement de la climatisation, et étant allergique, j’avais besoin d’un ventilateur. Leur réactivité et leur compréhension ont été très appréciées

Cons:

Le seul point négatif concerne le rooftop. Nous aurions aimé y dîner, mais celui-ci est réservé aux fumeurs. Entre la cigarette et la chicha, l’atmosphère n’était pas agréable pour nous, ce qui nous a finalement poussés à rester dans le restaurant du bas.

My first room had ac issues and then they shifted us to another room and we didn’t like the second room at all, very disappointing. The staff was super nice tho.

Everything Is really nice in this hotel, I really enjoyed the live music

Cons:

All good in the hotel but maybe they should check better the company they rely on for the tours because the taxi driver that took us, apart for not speaking in english (which Is fine), tried a couple of time to made us pay for services we did not wanted to

Nice design and architecture, but poor rooms and unprofessional stuff
Pros:

The design looks nice, they welcome you with traditional flowers and face paint. The price is also good

Cons:

The staff at the reception is extremely unprofessional and lacking basic communication skills. The room is not sound proofed at all and we were able to hear several parties when trying to get to sleep early
