Lovely spot on the Maroochydoore River.
Pros:

Beautiful view of River and sea. Building is older and a mix of permanent residents and holiday makers but everything was clean and tidy.

Cons:

Carpark is a bit tight.

Stunning views, well equipped apartment, very clean and maintained, comfy beds and beautiful staff.
Pros:

The views are amazing!!! Our room was spacious and very clean. They provide full size bottles of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, dish soap, lotion and laundry detergent. They provided ample dishwasher tablets. The kitchen had everything we needed in there for me to save money and cook my family meals. Its a short distance to shopping centres and flagged beaches. Beautiful pool and spa, cleaned daily, manicured lawns, very quiet and relaxing. They have an undercover area with tables and a BBQ, a pontoon for fishing and when the tide is out you have some sand you can play in with little (or big) kids 😁 the lady at reception was so lovely and accommodating, my 4wd wouldnt fit in their underground carpark so she allocated me one up top, and when another car parked there she gave me her own spot and parked on the street. We will definitely be back, such a great experience! It was our first holiday in 4yrs as i am a single mum and had to save for it and it was honestly one of the nicest places I've ever stayed with my kiddos 🥰

Cons:

Absolutely nothing, everything was perfect. Except the weather haha but that isn't their fault 😅 we did get 2 out of 4 days with beautiful sunshine and sparkling waterfront veiws ❤️

awesome stay, highly recommended
Pros:

we had a perfect stay. the apartment has everything you could possibly need, the view is amazing, the heated pool the perfect temperature and the location so convenient to the beach and Sunshine Plaza. Rain was also super accomodating arranging for early checkin and late checkout. definitely highly recommended.

Lovely unit in good location
Cons:

The unit we had was newly renovated and in excellent condition. Unit was very clean and comfortable and well presented. Overall location was very handy to services and shops. Great view of the river.

Pros:

The view and location were great. It was very clean.

Cons:

There was no air conditioning and if windows open it blew a gale . There were not enough instructions for equipment. There was a Nespresso machine but no pods provided. The size we bought didn’t fit. It also was not clear the blinds were electric and which remote to use. There was one wine glass.

Nicely surprised.
Pros:

Unit 25 was a delight. Although the building is older, the unit was fresh and modern, so well equipped, fantastic amenities and wonderful little 'extras'. The view over the river was like an ever changing scene. We enjoyed the spa and the pool seemed like an infinity pool when the tide was high.

Cons:

While the through breeze in the unit was great when you had the sliders open in the lounge and the bedroom window, shutters and slider open on the other side of the unit, at night the road noise and the street and carpark lighting meant you had to keep the bedroom window, the slider and the shutters closed. The fans provided extra air circulation to compensate and we were provided with eye masks and ear plugs (which we didn't need). The window and slider screens in the bedrooms were in need of a good clean as they had captured a lot of dust and dirt from the road pollution. One other thing that made us feel uncomfortable was that our balcony was open to the neighbouring unit's bedroom so we felt like we were intruding on their privacy and vice versa, especially first thing in the morning.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas! It was immaculately clean, had personal touches and truly perfect for our needs. The thoughtful little extras, like the first aid kit (which came in handy!), made our stay even more comfortable. The view of the river was absolutely stunning, and we couldn't have asked for a better backdrop for our holiday. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway

Recently updated - bright, airy and invitingly styled
Pros:

This corner apartment makes the most of what it's got! Wowie... uninterrupted water views north from the balcony. Felt the owners were generous with what they supplied. Lots of new useful kitchen items, pool toys and board games to use. Updated throughout with new carpet, new ceiling fans, reno kitchen and ensuite. Well maintained pool, grounds and waterfront BBQ area. Helpful local area tourist booklet in apartment let us know where to go. Meals from Nok Thai across the road were delicious. Appreciated manager Rain's high level of customer service. Thank you for the early check in and welcome pack of goodies.

Cons:

Don't dismiss staying here because the streetfront is not as glamorous as other newer blocks waterfront blocks. Our apartment was livable for a longer stay.
