Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten war es ein sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub!
Pros:

Schönes Familienhotel mit toller Lage und top Aussicht.
Schöne, moderne und geräumige Apartments, mit tollen Bädern.
Großer Kinderspielplatz mit Streichelzoo.
Schönes Frühstück, dass keine Wünsche offen lässt.
Kleines, aber feines Spielezimmer.

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und freundlich.

Cons:

Die Poolanlage im Außen-und Innenbereich, ist relativ klein und schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Was jetzt nicht weiter schlimm ist….

Allerdings gibt es für Babys/Kleinkinder innen und außen jeweils nur ein kleines Becken. Die Wassertemperatur war leider sehr kühl. Somit konnten wir den Pool mit unseren Kindern nicht ausreichend nutzen.

Im Innenbereich wäre auch eine Rutsche toll gewesen.

Der Saunabereich war zeitlich sehr begrenzt zugänglich. Ein größeres Zeitfenster wäre wünschenswert.

Erholsamer Wohlfühlurlaub in einer liebevollen Umgebung
Pros:

Das Personal ist aussergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und zuvorkommend, im Service und an der Rezeption. Tolle Kinderbetreuung! Das angebotene Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wunderschöne Wohlfühlatmosphäre - Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Da fällt uns nichts ein :)

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank
Pros:

Wellnessbereich auch für Kinder ab 12 Jahren. Klein aber fein. Wohnung grosszügig und komfortabel. Sehr ruhig trotz Familienhotel.

Cons:

War zwar für uns nicht schlimm, aber ein geschlossener Zugang vom Appartement zum Spa bei kalten Temperaturen wäre Luxus. Wir hätten sicherlich auch das Abendessen bei euch genossen, wäre ein Restaurant zur Verfügung gestanden.

Wohlfühl-Hotel und freundliche Gastgeberinnen
Pros:

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Grafenstein!
Das Hotel ist sehr modern und sauber, das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Unser Sohn hat sich auch in der Kinderbetreuung und auf dem supertollen Spielplatz/Outdoor-Gelände inkl Kinder-Toilettenhäuschen (!) sehr wohl gefühlt - vielen Dank hierfür nochmal an die zwei Betreuerinnen!
Ein vom Hotel organisierter Familienausflug/Wanderung mit Alexandra und Eileen hat ebenfalls viel Spaß gemacht! Ebenso das Kinder-Lagerfeuer-Event.
Danke auch für das tolle Upgrade - die drei Inhaberinnen zeigen sich sehr entgegenkommend!
Es gab für unseren Sohn ein Willkommensgeschenk und für uns ein Abschiedsgeschenk:-)

Cons:

Kein wirklicher Kritikpunkt, da wir ohnehin meistens unterwegs waren: Wenn man regelmäßig tagsüber im Hotel verweilen möchte, sind die Kosten für Getränke, Kuchen etc. recht hoch. Aber die Lage des Hotels und die guten Tipps der Angestellten (und die hoteleigene App) lädt ohnehin eher (auch) zum Erkunden der Umgebung ein..:-)

Wunderbare Aussicht, tolles Frühstück, freundliches Personal, herzliche Inhaberinnen, liebevolle Kinderbetreuung. Eigentlich alles! Die Tipps für alle Belange - Essen, Shopping, Ausflüge!
