Due notti per scoprire la Val Badia, adatta a chi ama sciare... inadatta a noi ma bella.
Pros:

Colazione nello standard delle strutture altoatesine, ricca e abbondante
Personale accogliente, servizievole e molto simpatico.
La grande SPA, una grande piscina, un campo da tennis (peccato per l'inverno...) oltre a diverse saune interne e esterne.
Il top l'idromassaggio tra la neve!

Cons:

La prima notte un caldo eccessivo, abbiamo dormito con la finestra socchiusa.
Il wifi per i prodotti Apple non funzionava.
L'idromassaggio presso la piscina aveva i bordi unti e appiccicosi...

Pros:

Sauber, super nettes Personal, Zimmerservice perfekt. Frühstück super. Ausstattung vor allem der Wellnessbereich top.

Cons:

An sich nichts, ausser das kurzzeitig kein WLAN verfügbar war, wurde aber am übernächsten Tag behoben.
Als kleine Anregung. Es fehlte für Sportler nur noch ein Kältebad zur Regeneration. Dann wäre es perfekt.

Pros:

The breakfast was great and the service is excellent. The staff of the hotel is very nice and helpful. The pool was a fun place to go with the kids. The SPA is very nicely renovated and very comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel is older so is the equipment. I would prefer better bed mattraces.

Had a lovely stay, we were even upgraded to a better room which was amazing. Staff was very helpful!
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely, and had lots of choice. The food gave us fuel for our hikes. 😁 Staff is nothing short of kind. The hotel looks amazing and has a very cozy vibe the minute you walk up to it. Has a lovely garden area where you can have drinks until later in the night. The spa was amazing, the whole outdoor area as well, and the pool was great. Would definitely recommend and come back again! 🫶

La cortesia e la professionalità dello staff e la buona qualità della cucina a cena. Molto professionale il responsabile di sala ed in particolare il cameriere "Santo" che ci ha servito facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio.
