Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und funktional, die Kommunikation war gut. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt definitiv zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Das innenliegende Badezimmer war etwas muffig.

Cons:

This is not a hotel, it is a hostel, it was not clearly mentioned. As a technicall saavy person like me, it was difficult for me to handle the key open apps and opening the main door and opening 5th floor key and then opening my room key. Funny thing is that you can not lock your room.

Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Kontakt zum Vermieter schnell und zuverlässig. Nah am Bahnhof und Fernbusbahnhof,Flixbus und zur Innenstadt, zu Fuß kein Problem. Zugang mit Schlüsselcode hat sehr gut geklappt,auch der Zugang zum Zimmer per Code.Preis klasse.

Cons:

Mitbewohner, die echt laut waren,als würden sie umräumen und einfach unser Zimmer betraten.Straßenlärm,wenn man empfindlich ist. Vielleicht wäre etwas mehr Besteck in der Küche nett und im Zimmer eine zweite Sitzmöglichkeit.

Cleaner than expected rooms and common areas, the location and the price make this place worth it
Pros:

The location is perfect, under 10 minutes of walking you can reach the important places in the city like the shopping areas, the old city and the main train station.

Cons:

The beds were comfortable but extremely loud to move on it, and there's not much of a soundproofing between the rooms. And I had issue with the internet speed during half of my stay.

Pros:

Super Lage, Zimmer sauber und Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Kaffeemaschine war leider defekt – kann passieren.
Die Unterkunft liegt im 5. Stock, allerdings ohne funktionierenden Aufzug. Für mich kein Problem, für Gehbehinderte aber definitiv schwierig.
Der Balkon ist ein Pluspunkt, vor allem für Raucher.
Großer Minuspunkt: die durchgelegene Matratze in Zimmer 1 – das sollte dringend behoben werden.
Ich würde wieder buchen, aber nur, wenn die Matratze ausgetauscht wird.

Bissl wie in einer WG: gute Zeiten mit netten MitbewohnerInnen, nicht so gute mit schwierigen.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen und gleich um die Ecke vom Nauwieser Viertel mit netten Cafés und Restaurants.

Cons:

Die Wände sind recht dünn. Wer empfindlich ist (und lautere Nachbarn hat), sollte Ohrstöpsel dabei haben.

Qqles améliorations nécessaires
Pros:

L'emplacement central, proximité de la gare, le prix correct (35€ la nuit)

Cons:

Pas de couette/couverture supplémentaire (j'ai eu froid), les systèmes de serrure digitale qui imposent d'avoir son téléphone sur soi, le manque d'isolation phonique (réveillée par mes voisins de chambre à 8h30 puis par la femme de ménage à 10h), devoir libérer la chambre pour 10h (m'a obligée à payer un jour de consigne de bagages à la gare pour 1h de dépôt)
