Worst experience till date on booking.com
Cons:

Hotel cancelled at the last minute. No communication from hotel side. You will keep calling before reaching and hotel staff will either not pickup calls or reply to your messages or if they pick your call they will stall and say will call you back. But will never do so. They did provide alternative hotels but those are also not good

The stay was enjoyable and good
Pros:

The property us in the main road. The rooms were spacious and clean with blanket. The washroom was clean with hot water. The food was very good with all North Indian options. Tea was good. The staff was helpful especially Mr Shubham where he helped us throughout the stay. The property has cafe and sitting place outside. Also, we took our dog with us and the property is dog friendly

Pros:

I recently stayed at Hotel Nirvana in Mussoorie, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! The hotel offers stunning views of the mountains, making it a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. The staff was extremely polite and always ready to help, making sure every need was taken care of. The food at their in-house restaurant was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet.

The peaceful ambiance and serene surroundings truly live up to the hotel's name – Nirvana! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Mussoorie. Definitely looking forward to visiting again!

Pros:

Location is good and over all staff is very supportive and decent. Special Thanks to Dharmendra for his hospitality and guidance for visiting the places. Tehri Dam was not the part of plan but as per his guidance covered that place as well and it was really a nice experience and that place is very beautiful.

The hotel is on the road due to which the view of all sides is not visible, it is on a turn due to which there is a little problem in parking, otherwise the hotel is very good, the hotel staff is very good, the hotel rooms and beds are very good
