Stunning
Pros:

Woow, anyone in this hotel was friendly and the service was exceptional, staff were kind and respectful.
Hotel was clean and everything was good enough to visit again. Good spot and close to the centre and airport.
Liked the smile on everyone’s face at anytime. Deeply grateful and impressed by the services.

Highly recommended
Pros:

The Lobi and rooms were clean and comfortable. The receptionist was one of the kind, very helpful and flexible. Highly recommend it. Breakfast was also nice.

What started as a 5-night stay turned into a one-month family vacation—purely thanks to the outstanding hospitality at Vantalya Otel. We were so impressed that we came back with our extended family, including a small child, and felt completely at home.

The staff are truly exceptional—warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything. The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Van, and the rooms are consistently clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Traveling with a big family can be challenging, but the team made everything effortless and enjoyable for all of us. This place offers far more than just accommodation—it offers genuine care and hospitality.

Highly recommended—we will definitely return.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at Vantalya Hotel – Perfect for Solo Travellers
Pros:

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Vantalya Hotel in Van, travelling alone, and I can truly recommend it with confidence.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were extremely warm, professional and helpful, making me feel safe and welcome as a solo traveller. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and they were always ready to assist with local tips, directions or any requests.

The room was very clean, comfortable and well-maintained, with a cosy bed, good heating and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping was consistent and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and pleasant.

One of the biggest advantages is the excellent central location. Many restaurants, cafes, shops and transport options are within easy walking distance, which makes exploring Van very convenient without needing taxis.

The Turkish breakfast was fresh and satisfying, offering a nice variety of local products — a great way to start the day. Wi-Fi worked well for my needs, and I appreciated the good value for money compared to many other hotels.

Overall, Vantalya Hotel offers a great balance of comfort, friendliness, safety and affordability. For a solo stay of a few nights, it is an excellent choice and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Van.

Cons:

I lowered my rating mostly because of the Tuesday night staff, I believe his name was Emir. When the internet went out for the entire night, he kept saying nothing could be done. The next day (Wednesday, March 11), different staff were very helpful and informed us that the there is another internet we can connect to something the tuesday night staff did not tell us. Aside from that, the cardboard and shower were broken.

Die Personal waren sehr hilfsbereit und sympatisch.

Auf Deutsch:

Aufgrund von Stromschwankungen sind meine beiden Handys, die zuvor einwandfrei funktioniert haben, während des Ladevorgangs plötzlich ausgegangen und ihre Akkus wurden beschädigt.
Das Hotelmanagement hat unser Problem nicht akzeptiert und bestritten, dass der Schaden vom Hotel verursacht wurde. Sie meinten, wenn es wirklich an der Stromversorgung gelegen hätte, wären auch andere Geräte im Zimmer kaputtgegangen.

Wir haben dort nur als Zwischenstopp auf unserer Reise übernachtet und wollten von dort weiter nach Istanbul und anschließend nach Stuttgart reisen.
Neben dem finanziellen Schaden hatten wir unterwegs große Schwierigkeiten, weil wir ohne Handys reisen mussten.

The stuff was very kind,professional and helpful. We arrived hotel earlier than check in time but they didn’t charge us extra for that and they were really helpful during the stay. Clean bedroom with great location. Ali was very helpful and kind. Thank you so much.

We had a very enjoyable stay here.
Pros:

Excellent staff. Welcoming and respectful. They spoke good English. Great location. Lovely breakfast. Room felt clean and bed felt comfortable.

Cons:

Not the greatest view from our room. Some things were slightly broken, but everything was working.

Pros:

The location was great just a few seconds walk to the center, shopping malls, cafes and restaurants.
The staffs were really helpful and friendly specially Mr.Gokhan.
My room was clean and warm enough in the winter.
Compare to the price of other hotels I recommend this hotel for staying.
