Gokhan was especially helpful and made my stay much smoother. Rooms were clean and breakfast was great.

Pros:

The team and the support was amazing. The room itself was really comfortable for me and my family. We had a really big space and separated rooms inside. We had a family gathering from different parts of the world and the team made it very nice for us.

Generally I am satisfied with services I received, in particular the polite and freindly staff

The hotel location was very good and close to the main road with shops and restaurants.
The staff were very Freindly and did not hesitate to help or provide guidance.

Cons:

Some rooms could be noisy. But if there are free rooms available the hotel will change your room if you are not happy.

Pros:

Nos detuvimos allí para descansar durante el viaje. Llegamos a las 12 de la noche, descansamos y salimos a las 10 de la mañana. El ambiente era muy rural, algo que nos gustó mucho, y en general disfrutamos nuestra estancia.

Sin embargo, en relación con el tiempo que estuvimos, el precio nos pareció bastante elevado. En ese momento no teníamos otra opción más que quedarnos y pagar, ya que estábamos muy cansados.

Aun así, agradecemos la experiencia.

Le personnel, toujours présent, disponible, concerné et d'une bonne humeur communicative 🫶

Les équipements défectueux réparés dans la foulée.
Chambre au premier étage et sur rue mais très calme, spacieuse et confortable.

Cons:

Beaucoup d'équipements défectueux: douche qui fuit, chasse d'eau coupée, ascenseur bloqué...

Mais, équipe au taquet qui prend tous les problèmes tout de suite et les répare direct.

It worked well for us for a few days until we figure things out in a new city.
Pros:

All the people at the reception were nice and helpful and two of them spoke English as well. They even helped with questions not related to the hotel. The hotel was clean, water pressure was good. It had an elevator. Location was also very good, easy access to everything you need.

Cons:

You can hear other rooms so we could hear people talking next door easily. Also at night I could hear the bass of music till very late. I think it was from a building outside the hotel. Breakfast was nice but every day it was the same.
