Ich war mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden.
Pros:

-Das Hotelpersonal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und sprach fließend Englisch.
- Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, ganz in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums und der Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
- Das Zimmer war sehr sauber.
- Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and well maintained, but the reception staff especially deserve a big compliment. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We were always greeted with a smile and truly felt welcome. Excellent service! Highly recommended, and we would gladly stay here again.

Friendly staff and good location. Excellent breakfast provided with fresh and quality ingredients.

Minor Maintenance and attention needed throughout the building. Cleaning staff should be supervised better to ensure sufficient amount of towels, soaps etc are available for guests.

Everything was excellent. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated. The breakfast was also good, with a nice variety of options. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The location is perfect and in vicinity to the shopping center. The room was super clean and nice. The staff were very kind and helpful especially Emir. The breakfast included was perfect.
