Gutes Hotel mit bestem Ausblickauf die Mosel, tolles freundlichs Personal

Sehr nettes Personal, toller Blick vom großen Balkon. Kostenloser Parkplatz vorm Hotel.
Wünsche wurden immer erfüllt. Habe nach einen Waaserkocher gefragt und umgehend bekommen.
Nachhaltigkeit wurde gepflegt. Reinigung der Zimmer und Austausch Handtücher auf Wunsch.
Neu renoviertes Zimmer.
Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Es gab keinen Kleiderschrank, nur ein Regal mit einer Tür worin auch noch der Save war. Für 1 Woche zu wenig Stauraum. Viele Sachen mussten im Koffer bleiben. Der Fahrstuhl hatte oft seine Macken.
5 Euro Gebühr pro Person für einen Bademantel für die Sauna bei dem Hotelpreis fand ich unangemessen. Hatten wir noch nie in einem Hotel.
Frisches Obst als Auswahl und nicht als Obstsalat - nicht jeder mag Mischobst.
Nicht nur eine Kaffeebar auf dem Zimmer auch Tee wäre schön gewesen.

Hätte mir gewünscht,dass das Brot nicht in Frischhaltefolie eingepack wäre (jede einzelne Scheibe).Sonnst alles super

Wieder mal sehr schön und gerne wieder!
Pros:

Wir waren das zweite Mal bei Hegenbarths und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen! Personal, Lage und Frühstück sind super. Zimmer und Einrichtung sind sehr schön. Das Restaurant ist auch hervorragend. Wir fühlen uns wirklich sehr wohl und bestens Umsorgt bei Hegenbarths. Kann man nur empfehlen! Einzig, einen kleinen Kühlschrank hätten wir uns auf dem Zimmer gewünscht.

Ein hervorragendes Hotel. Tolle Lage.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Wir hatten uns für ein "nicht renoviertes" Zimmer entschieden. Das würden wir nicht nochmal machen. Dementsprechend war die Zimmerazsstattung sehr sauber aber auch sehr alt. Das Bad war mehr als klein.
