Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was simple but very good and service was fast when ordered. We could se the NamKhan river and the pool from our balcony.

Hôtel très calme, personnel gentil et serviable. Charmant Petit téléphérique pour aller dans les étages supérieurs. Belle vue sur la montagne, et proche du marché, du lac et du centre de Sapa. On a adoré et on recommande !

Super liebes Personal ☺️
Pros:

Das Personal ist so lieb und hilfsbereit.😊 Das Hotel ist auch sehr sauber und die Anlage sehr süß. Uns hat es super gefallen.

Zum Frühstücken kann man sich ein Menü aussuchen (es gibt leider kein Buffet) :)

La vue , que l’on a surpayé et en plus ils en profitent pour délaisser le reste.

Cons:

Difficilement accessible mais le plus terrible …Hygiène et propreté catastrophiques toilettes très sales, oreillers sentant l’humidité, piscine douteuse…on en à fait part à la réception…aucun retour.
Vous dormez sur un matelas tellement dur que vous sentez les ressorts. Aucune insonorisation entre les chambres. Quand au PDJ plus que moyen.
En résumé fuyez cet hôtel. Nous sommes en Asie depuis presque 2 mois cet hôtel est le pire.
