Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Zermatt
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt ideal direkt neben dem Bahnhof Täschund zur Bahn nach Zermatt. Das Zimmer war ausreichend gross. Das Hotel ist schon etwas älter. Frühstück bietet reichliche Auswahl.

Cons:

In den Ecken des Zimmers lag viel Staub.

Pros:

Bardzo dobry hotel w świetnej lokalizacji, tuż przy kolejce, co jest dużym atutem. Pokoje były czyste i zadbane. Śniadania smaczne i z dużym wyborem. Jedynym minusem była zbyt mała liczba osób z obsługi podczas śniadań, przez co czasami trzeba było chwilę poczekać na uzupełnienie produktów lub posprzątanie stolików. Mimo to pobyt oceniam bardzo pozytywnie i chętnie wrócę.

Centraal geleden naast het station. Goed hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Mooie ruime en schone kamer. Ontbijt en avondeten erg lekker.

Pros:

Un plauso particolare va allo staff, che si è dimostrato estremamente professionale e attento a ogni nostra esigenza. Abbiamo molto apprezzato il fatto che parlassero anche italiano, rendendo la comunicazione semplice e accogliente.

Cons:

Attenzione se avete un'auto bassa, perché accedendo al parcheggio si rischia di toccare leggermente con la parte anteriore.

Pros:

Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und hatte noch zusätzlich eine kleine Sitzecke sowie einen großen Balkon.
Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig. Frisches Brot, Eier, Porrige.. alles was das Herz begehrt.
Parken ist in der Hoteleigenen Tiefgarage möglich.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer lag auf der Seite zu den Bahnschienen. Ein Schlafen mit geöffneten Fenstern ist daher einfach nicht möglich.
Insgesamt war es für eine Nacht sehr teuer. Plus noch die Parkgebühr und Steuern pro Person.

Pros:

☀︎ツェルマット駅に2泊、テッシュ駅に2泊で利用した。
☀︎朝食が7:00〜10:00で、種類も豊富で美味しい。
☀︎部屋が綺麗！
☀︎チェックイン後にスーツケースを預かってくれる(受付横にある専用の部屋に自分で置く)
☀︎駅が目の前

Cons:

☔︎ドライヤーがすぐ止まってしまうため大変だった。自分で持ち込むことをおすすめ

Good place to stay, but there were a few issues
Pros:

The location is right beside the railway station, and within a few hundred feet of stores where one can buy food. We also liked the balcony.

Cons:

1. The stopper in the sink wouldn't retract. Imagine brushing your teeth and everything one does there without using the sink. People who could fix this had gone home for the day. The person at the front desk mentioned they had the same problem before (not sure if for the same room). We were given two items to retract the stopper, both of which were too thick. The hotel should check all their stoppers , and not wait till a customer reports a failure. They should have proper tools available that the front desk people can use to fix such problems right away.

2. There were used facial tissues under the bed. We reported this to the front desk. While the issue with the stopper got fixed the next day, the facial tissues remained there.

3. The door creaked. The hinges need to be oiled. It's surprising that a hotel doesn't pay attention to this.

Pros:

Location is fabulous, next to train station for easy access to Zermatt. Lovely room with large balcony and views.

Cons:

Shame the restaurant wasn’t open on a Monday as there were just 2 other restaurants open in this small town, would have preferred to spend our money at the Taschenhof Hotel.

Bolje od očekivanog
Pros:

Soba nas je ugodno iznenadila i bila je čak bolja nego što smo očekivali. Dobili smo sobu u novijem dijelu hotela s lijepim pogledom prema Zermattu. Poseban dojam ostavio je zvuk planinske vode koji se čuje u pozadini te vlak koji prolazi u daljini – nimalo ne smeta, nego dodatno upotpunjuje alpski ugođaj.

Doručak je bio odličan, s velikim izborom hrane i pića. Posebne pohvale osobi koja ga priprema i tijekom cijelog jutra marljivo nadopunjava, uređuje i održava prostor besprijekorno čistim.

Hotel je na odličnoj lokaciji, a posebno bih pohvalio izvrsnu komunikaciju prije dolaska. Na sva pitanja putem poruka dobili smo brz, ljubazan i jasan odgovor, što ulijeva povjerenje već prije samog putovanja. Iako većina gostiju ovdje odsjeda zbog posjeta Zermattu, vrijedi odvojiti vrijeme i za Täsch. Mirno alpsko mjesto, šum planinske rijeke i prekrasna priroda pružaju ugođaj u kojem se može uživati i bez odlaska u Zermatt.

Cons:

Riječ je uglavnom o manjim detaljima. Na tepihu u sobi bilo je nekoliko ostataka osušenog cvijeća pa se činilo da nije temeljito usisan, iako je inače tepih vrlo lijep, a soba uredna.

Iznenadilo nas je što u sobi nije bilo ni kave ni čaja, ni mini hladnjaka, kao ni osnovnih higijenskih potrepština poput malog šampona ili gela za tuširanje, što danas očekujemo u većini hotela. Kupaonica je inače bila čista i uredna.

Jastuci su nam bili malo premekani. Prekrasna terasa također bi bila još ugodnija da automatska prskalica za travu nije radila tako često. Tijekom našeg boravka uključena je bila dugo i prskala prema terasi. Budući da se stolice zbog rasporeda ne mogu dovoljno odmaknuti od ruba balkona, bilo je teško mirno sjediti i uživati bez povremenog prskanja.

Unatoč tim sitnicama, riječ je o vrlo ugodnom hotelu u koji bismo se rado ponovno vratili.

For this price per room, better conditions are needed.
Pros:

Conveniently located near the train station, parking, and other amenities. Great views from the windows.

Cons:

I definitely didn't like the separate charge for the hotel-owned parking; it's just too cheap. The parking lot is also inconvenient, cramped, and narrow. The room doesn't have air conditioning, although it can get cool at night, but the windows can't be fully opened because of insects flying in, drunks shouting loudly, and other noises. We wanted to watch football, but the TV didn't work, and the staff couldn't help us, which was very disappointing. The bathroom drain didn't work well, nor did the hairdryer. The breakfast was average, nothing special. The pillows are old and flat, they gave me a headache in the morning.
