It was the perfect place to stay for our 2 nights.

Pros:

Very convenient location next to the SBB train station for connections to other parts of the country. Simple & small town especially for the locals to live away from main city & commute to work daily.

La habitación estaba muy bien. Era muy mona, con todo lo necesario y el baño muy bien.

La proximidad que tenía nuestra habitación a las vias del tren (ya que el hotel estaba al lado de la estación) hacía que cada vez que pasaba el tren resultara algo molesto incluso a la hora de dormir

Schönes großes sauberes Zimmer mit Badewanne.

Wir waren im dem neuerem Bau und hatten ein wirklich großes schönes Zimmer.

Séjour moyen, heureusement que les 3 personnes à la réception étaient très gentilles et serviables

The staff at the receptiion was very nice, helpful, professional.
Lorena, Alessia and Maviana did the maximum to make us feel good.

Cons:

Tv did not work at all the first day we arrived.
The second day it was a little better but no french channels at all.
Our room has not been cleaned. This never happened before .
We mentionned it .The parking has been offered, we got the 20 francs back.

Dank dem guten Skiwetter und dem Skigebiet Zermatt waren wir insgesamt zufrieden.
Pros:

Lage beim Bahnhof.

Cons:

Kein Nachtessen möglich Montag und Dienstag. Nachtessen muss jeweils sofort bezahlt werden und kann nicht auf die Hotelrechnung geschlagen werden. Servicepersonal war sprachlich und mit dem öffnen einer Weinflasche überfordert. Der Lift unmittelbar neben dem Zimmer 11 war sehr störend.
