I booked a disable room from January. When I arrived on 1/4/26 they told me it is not available today but tomorrow it will be available. After talking to the manager of the hotel and after he see his health and walking with a four wheel walker . We waited about 15 mints to clean the disable room after they ask the customer to leave the room for us. It was so bad after long journey experience this .
After two day at 12:10 am we heard a nock on the door. It was so scary specially for my granddaughter that 10 years old.when my husband open the door saw two lady on the next door standing. The security did not do any thing. He said tomorrow I can call the. Next day we ask the Hotel to change the room even if it is not for disabled as me and grand daughter are scared to sleep. They said sorry we can not do it. They were not good to deal with the problem.

Staff can’t speak a lot of English kept bringing up wrong orders, food was bad and no menus in room the fridge wasn’t cold

There wasn’t an aircondicioner.
Room size is good (for the deluxe) and it has a valet parking..
1. AC didn’t work in multiple rooms — unbearable heat
2. Receptionists were dismissive, unhelpful, and never apologized
3. Placed in a smoking room despite requesting non-smoking (wife is pregnant)
4. Forced to check 7 rooms — all had serious issues
5. Final room had no fridge, no safe, and no kettle
6. Refused to refund us or allow early checkout
7. Definitely not a 5-star hotel — misleading rating
