Amazing!
Pros:

Loved this place! Honestly can't recommend enough! The rooms are so big and super clean and the staff are super amazing! They helped me book a bus and even let me go back to my room to chill after I checked out as I got the bus time wrong.

Bylo to jednoduché,klidné,čisté.Pokoje velké a odhlučněné.Postel veliká a matrace pohodlná.Ideální pro lidi ,kteří mají rádi klid.Personal naprosto užasný,pomohl nám objednat bus a dokonce s nami čekal na zastávce.

Quiet and clean rooms very close to the beach. Simple design with comfortable beds. Nice swimming pool area. Near to Dong Vui Food Court which has many eating and drinking options.

A stay that could have been better
Pros:

The location is ideal, the pool is very pleasant, and the room is also quite decent.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi was very average. We could have had a good stay and had even booked two extra nights. Unfortunately, we felt like we were being pushed out. We were made to understand that we should leave and not stay longer because a large group of about fifteen people arrived. They played very loud music and all went swimming fully dressed (in jeans, dresses, pajamas, etc.), which made the atmosphere very noisy and unpleasant.

We sent a message through Booking asking that, after we went out, the situation would be calmer when we came back so we could sleep. The manager replied that he would understand if we left the next days… even though we had never said we wanted to leave. It really felt like they didn’t want us to stay. He also offered to change our room, but it was right next door, so it would not have made any difference, and at 9 p.m. we refused. It should not have been up to us to deal with these issues.

When we came back, things seemed calmer, but around midnight, a karaoke started in a nearby room. We couldn’t sleep and had to go and ask for silence ourselves, which should have been handled by the staff, not by us.

The next day, we decided to leave. In the end, we are glad we did because we found a much better hotel afterwards.
