Scenic setting and location was peaceful.
Paying extra for my dogs who slept in the car.Being woke by others @ 6am
The beds were grand.
Leaving my shoes out side.
😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆
Quiet location.
This was a “share house” situation which I did not expect. By this I mean a suburban style brick house with locks on the bedroom doors. Shared kitchen left a lot to be desired, with greasy smells. External area very untidy, and country location means an invitation for snakes and other creepy crawlies.
Most comfortable bed and great shower
The room was well-furnished and neat. The airconditioning was able to overcome the high summer temperatures in this part of the world.
The apartments are about 7 minutes outside town - an easy drive.
I could not get the airconditioning controls in the room to work - I suggest that you phone Meg, and ask her to adjust the temperature to your liking.
It would benefit with some attention from a gardener.
Nothing it was dirty and weeds everywhere
Where do I start there was a draw in the kitchen with dirty dishes and chop sticks

‘Set in an industrial estate in Singleton, this
‘motel’ takes retro kitsch to a whole new level. It’s more of a boarding house with the lower level of a 70s two storey house separated into bedrooms off a weirdly decorated common area where the shared(yep!) bathroom is also located. It was advertised as dog friendly but we were slugged another $30 on arrival for the dog that had previously been added. The bed linen consisted of an old washed-out red bottom sheet, white(ish) top sheet and the colour combinations didn’t end there. I would elaborate but I’m too tired from lack of sleep. Appalling!’
We liked the fact that it was a house with the shared living area.
