Cons:

Scam. Saya tidak bisa check in karena yg input ke booking.com bukan ownernya. Tidak ada reservasinya di hotel. Pembayaran lenyap tidak bisa direfund. Pihak booking.com sangat2 tidak membantu. Sampai detik ini pesan saya ke customer service tidak direspon.
