They lack everything. We went for a night stay with 2 families along with 2 toddler kids. We had to wait for food each and every time we ordered for more than an hour. The worst part happened at night where we along with kids were sitting in the restaurant and food did not arrive until 11pm though we ordered food around 9pm. The kids were hungry, cranky and sleepy at the same time. We were frustrated and furious. Like us there were all the other families who were also waiting for the food to arrive along with the kids.

Staff was rude to answer whenever there were questions asked. AC was not working in the rooms in that hot weather. They have made a really big property but if they can't handle the basics then they should not be even running this property by harassing people.

The last and final part, during the checkout we were promised to wave off the food bill and 50 percent reimbursement of what we paid for the rooms. We checked out with that trust that we will get the refund.

We were following up for a week and every day there was a new story. Today finally they said we never promised to refund the 50 percent amount which is basically they lied.

This property is basically a scam to loot money from people. Worst stay ever.

P.S. we ordered a cucumber salad and check the picture. That cucumber salad was 150 INR. Maybe lemon is costly in their property.

I like that it’s is green and that the rooms are spacious

Service was slow, the food limited and no enough water in the room and no crockeries and the pillows where to stiff and high

The location and ambiance are superb. But services are pathetic. No room service. Only veg food is available at restaurants. Just to get a glass of water will have to wait at least 45 min. Brake fast is poor that too will serve after an hour of waiting.
