מלון מתוק ונמוך, עם כמה אגפים, בריכה גדולה במרכז ועוד אחת קטנה עם מגלשות ומתקנים לילדים (לצעירים יותר), מרחבים של דשא, תחום משני הצדדים במקורות מים, ברווזים, חממה שבה הבנתי שהם מגדלים את המזון שמוגש במסעדה ומסעדה נחמדה.

La piscina es fabulosa, muy grande y muy limpia, y sin tener mucho cloro, pero sobre todo que las partes infantiles de la piscina estaban separadas de la de los adultos, y así no molestaban al saltar y jugar.
El desayuno es excelente y muy variado.

Valbona Relax is more than just a place to stay while exploring the Alps, they became our second home during our stay. This getaway place gave our family of three the best unplugged experience and walk into nature and present moment fun I could ever ask for and the folks at Valbona Relax played a huge role in making this a trip of a lifetime. Yes! The rooms were well appointed and clean. Yes! The grand property was immaculate and beautiful. Yes! Its location right on the river priceless. Yes! The food was excellent with fresh produce, homemade breads, and eggs from their chickens. But Valbona Relax is so much more than that when you stay. It is the people that work and live there.

Robert is a gem to get to know as a person and very open to share about his life in Albania and helped us with where we wanted to hike and explore. He was a good buddy chatting and caring with my children with an endearment that matches how he views his little sister that just turned 2. I'd watch this guy go from hanging out with us, to getting back into server mode, and in between see him run off to wheel barrel sacks of grains from one end of the property to another. All with grace.

Ardin, probably the most energetic "outside the box" thinker, doer of all things and genuinely passionate about everything he puts his hands to. This guy, let me tell you, their bees decided to escape their boxes and swarm the field, making their way to a tree for mating. We watched as Ardin put on his bee hat, move his truck to the tree and adventurously climb atop with a box and shake them back into their boxes. With a twinkle in his eyes and grand smile on his face. Ardin also helped negotiate a ride to the base of Rogram Waterfall Trail, but gosh darn it, he decided he would take us there himself with that same little truck. All along the way, pausing the truck to say hello to his friends, his bestie that builds the gutters and walls along the strip.

Oh my goodness, this place has been so wonderful to my family of three, I don't even know where to begin. As a business owner myself, I always pay close attention to the staff and their attitudes. At Gardenland Resort, every single employee from top to bottom were happy with a sense of joy in their work. Each one is like a flower, when talking to them personally, unfolding and opening themselves up to us. They were genuinely interested and curious in getting to know us while we stayed and treated us like they would if we were family. This is truly what makes their customer service special. The resort has a feel of being from a large corporation with its grandness, but make no mistake, it is run as a small family business with big family values! And the food is excellent!!!!!!! Both at their breakfast bar and their restaurant! I recommend their pizzas any day of the week and if you are curious about the Sea Bass, you won't regret trying it!

The gardens and property were gorgeous for walking around, we know there is an area where their farm animals live but the area is having a new addition being built so we didn't get to see that part but how cool they do normally invite you to visit them.

Something mentioned at the breakfast but they won't brag about it. The eggs and produce are all straight from their farm!!!! Farm to table and humble about it. Let me tell you, their eggs and produce are sooooooo good.

Shouts out to Elsi, Elsa and Freia (spelled wrong, please forgive) specifically for your over the moon kindness and helpfulness while we stayed there. Our trip would not have been the same without you! You took the stress out of anything and everything.

Shout out also goes to the bar boys at the pool!!!!! You two awesome guys did something super special. It wasn't on the menu, and should be (ha ha), but by my children's request you made non-alcoholic Pińa Coladas and made their resort time so very special.
