Pros:

Ein Paradies zum erholen, insbesondere auch mit Kindern. Die Zimmer sind gross, der Pool super, die Möglichkeiten zum Ausruhen perfekt.

Overall I enjoyed my stay as Staff was amazing and food was so delicious.

Cons:

Price charged for an average room without any view. Was basic room which normally cost 200-300. I paid $600 for basic room. Completely double the price. I expected beautiful room with nice view to beach or so..

A short break that felt special from the moment we arrived at the resort.
Pros:

The staff were a real standout and special mention to Jake and Jill who went above and beyond and sent our stay to another level. Breakfasts were delicious and the overall ambience and level of comfort within the resort make us eager to visit again soon.

Cons:

Nothing really stood out as disappointing. The experience far exceeded our expectations.

Pros:

Ease of closeness to ferry jetty, beach and the simplicity, however not the level of customer service you would expect from a top rated hotel, and there was no welcoming gift, like a pool bag or something a little extra given, which would have been nice!
I thought it wasn’t worth the money.

Great location and friendly staff

Cons:

Our room wasn't clean, there was dust and dirt in the corners, ants in the room and the shower was dirty. There were things handwritten on the shower screen. We felt for the amount of money you pay for one night, the cleanliness wasn't up to standard.
