Great relaxing fun stay
Pros:

We stayed for a short period but it was worth it.

Pros:

The room was amazing. Simple layout but super clean and roomy. The bathroom was simply amazing. We weren't able to stay the first night due to rough waters and no ferries going to Rottnest Island. However, when we checked in the next day, we were given the first night stay as credit to use for the rest of our stay which was a really nice surprise. Breakfast was great. The team at reception and food venues were very friendly and provided great service.

Pros:

Food ,room are great

Cons:

Turn up for breakfast and told breakfast not included,for over $800.00 a night and told when check in by staff breakfast was included.

Expected a little better quality and service for what we paid. Bed was big and comfortable.
Pros:

The pool area was nice

Cons:

Simple things like not filling in the wifi password in our keyholder was poor service.
The room was poorly designed with frosted bathroom walls it meant when one person got up and turned on bathroom lights it lit the whole room
There wasn’t space to hang towels and the balcony furniture was dirty
The ironing board was broken and the iron all scalded and dirty
We were told we didn’t need to book for dinner but then only one restaurant was open and it was full. The staff did give us a small platter the next day to apologise which was nice but I’m not sure if it was dinner at the pub place or breakfast at the bakery but my husband became ill, likely with salmonella.

Fantastic
Pros:

The room was excellent. Loved the little touches like soft dressing gown. Shower head was huge and good pressure. Loved our stay and would have liked to stay longer.

Cons:

One of the receptionist had her head on her hands resting behind her computer screen so you couldn't see her, which I thought was unprofessional. Another girl had to tell her I was standing at the counter.

Nice hotel, great location and lovely rooms!
Pros:

Amazing Location, the beautiful spacious rooms, and the members lounge area!

Cons:

The hotel doesn’t have the gym and probably very limited slots for spa massages. We didn’t get even one slot for the weekend. Pool is the only activity and if the weather is bad (like what we experienced), that’s out too. Not the best options in the restaurant if you are a vegetarian

Lovely spot, wish we could’ve stayed longer!
Pros:

We liked that there was a pool and it was close to places we could eat.

Cons:

It said Pilates but it ended up being Yoga. We weren’t informed about this until we walked in the door. We are Christian so we wouldn’t have participated had we have known so just something to be mindful of.

Overall very nice and relaxing accommodation near the ferry and information center.
Pros:

Great facilities and comfortable bed

Cons:

Cleaning can be improved, there were food scraps and ants on the floor. The bathroom also was smelly could use some deep cleaning
