The building is old and spooky in a way.. but staff are all very nice. Decent breakfast. Good location. Convenience store in the building. It’s good for the price.
An old soviet era hotel which has been well renovated. Right in the city centre, reception staff speak good English and arranged airport transfers and tours at a reasonable price.
Large, comfortable room. Good range of food for breakfast, dinner quality is more variable but excellent Chinese restaurant as well
Beautiful country and nice people
All you need hotel in the center of the city. Exceeded my expectations. Recommended.
Hotel room renovated, but I have facing the problem to check in the mid night as my flight delayed. No hotel staff in the counter and there are someone come out after I called the hotel landline.
内装済みで古さはあまり感じられず、市の中心に位置しているので、とても良かった
The hotel staffs are very kind.

I recently stayed at what was supposed to be a 5-star hotel, but my experience was far from luxurious. The most glaring issue was the transparent bathroom door—an absolutely terrible idea that made privacy impossible. On top of that, the roof was leaking, which was both annoying and unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber.
There was no service phone in the room, making it difficult to contact the front desk or request any assistance. While the staff was very nice and the breakfast was pleasant, these positives couldn’t outweigh the numerous flaws in the hotel.
The hotel has a beautiful history, but unfortunately, that’s where the charm ends.
