Warm stay, great location
Pros:

The location is right in the center of the city so it is very convenient. It is a city view, the rooms are nice and spacious and comfortable. I had an issue with the water pressure and hot water in my bathroom and they changed the room. I appreciate that they did that.

Cons:

The breakfast can be improved with more prompt service and more fruit options.

It is a good place if you are staying without family and are looking to stay within the city for some work inside Palakk
Pros:

For a short stay within the city it is fine

Cons:

The location is fine if you are looking for a place within the city. Or else, a place with proper entrance, a good car parking, good surroundings and a good running restaurant would be preferable.

Met all expectations
Pros:

My family and I had a very pleasant stay at Palcastle Regency. The property and rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff were professional, polite and helpful. Breakfast options were sufficient and satisfying. While the basement parking is a bit tight on space, I could park my SUV there with some careful maneuvering. All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The property was really good. Commendable service and room service is from a restocafe which was good too.
