L emplacement est bien pour visiter le centre ville,
Pros:

Le receptionniste etait sympatique. La localisation.

Cons:

Pas d acensseur, pas de petit dejeuner, je n ai pas reussi a conecter internet avec le code fourni oralement, il y avait des trucs dans la chambre genre un enorme touyau couvert par un drap. Je pense pas encore fini de preparer l etablissement. Le prix etait 23 sur booking mais 28 local avec facture fourni.

La proximité du centre ville
La propreté

Cons:

Il est indiqué qu’il y a un parking privé à l’hôtel, en revanche il est facturé 10€ par jour donc un peu excessif et surtout mentionné nulle part. 5€ de caution pour la chambre demandé mais oublié d’être restitué à la fin

El alojamiento está bien ubicado, pero el pago no he podido hacer en tarjeta en mi primero día porque el datáfono no funcionaba, solo al día siguiente después de mucho insistir de que no tenía como pagar en efectivo. No habían toallas , tampoco papel higiénico. Me quedé 2 días sin toallas. En el baño tampoco había toallas en el suelo . Cuando llegué la puerta de mi habitación estaba totalmente abierta,, lo que me quedé con un poco de miedo ya que viajaba sola. A mí me cuesta muchísimo tener que hacer un mal comentario de un sitio porque yo también trabajo en hostelería, pero es que vi demasiado principalmente lo de las toallas.

We stayed here one night and let me tell you an adventure; firstly they cancelled my reaervation on booking.com to block me have noticed a comment after our check out! I applied booking and they helped me. Our reservation was not noticed on reception when we arrive, it is not important because they gave a room, it is ok. But the toilet was not working well and there were not towels. They told in the evening we can take, it is ok too. When we enter to hotel we askes towels and told us they will bring to room. We waited for half an hour and went back to reception to ask towel again. Then we paid 5euro as key deposit during the check in. And during check out we supposed to take it back. Receptionist gave me lek and I told him we are leaving the country and need euro. He told I have to change 50euro to take 5euro. Is this my job?? Sorryyy?? I told him it was awful from the beginning to end of stay and then he tried to teach me how to travel (this is my 15.th country and many cities visited). Albanian people has problems with tourists, this otel and all people living there. I think do not go Albania but If you have to do not go to this hotel. They are so rude. There are 2 children working for hotel and they are more intelligent then adults. If you have to stay there, you can have communication just with them. Never ever Albania!!!

They do not respond to messages but send automated advertisements. Do not respond also for messages and calls from Booking.

Non transparent conditions and unreasonably huge fee for late check-in which in fact double the price of stay. Do not recommend dealing with them

Cons:

El recepcionista del turno de noche. Avisamos de que íbamos a llegar tarde y aún así el recepcionista nos reprochó que no eran horas de hacer el checking. Las habitaciones eran cada una en edificio diferente, no funcionaba el datáfono, pagas en efectivo y tampoco tienen cambio. Al final tuvimos que compartir habitaciones, un poco desastre el checking.
