Pros:

Unkomplizierter Check in.Kleiner aber gemütlicher Bungalow. Für kurzen Urlaub ideal. Bei längerem Aufenthalt fehlt ein kleiner Kühlschrank. Abendbrot konnte man problemlos dazu buchen.
Zum Steinstrand sind es nur ein paar Schritte! Der angrenzende Wald ist wunderbar. Mit dem Auto ist vieles so schnell zu erreichen! Super Lage! Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

Cons:

Kopfkissen sind leider keine Kissen mehr, sollten unbedingt mal getauscht werden. Frühstück ist völlig ausreichend, man muss aber leider ab 8.30 Uhr mit vollen Tischen und deshalb eventuell etwas Wartezeit rechnen.

Aufenthalt Ende März
Pros:

Die Lage war optimal: direkt am Strand, Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, in kürzester Zeit in Sassnitz und Umgebung. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, großer Fernseher, eigenes WLan-Subnetz für jedes Zimmer, Fön und Wasserkocher.
Das Restaurant-Personal war bemüht und freundlich.

Cons:

Das Bad war voller Schimmel, weil innenliegend und die Lüftung sofort ausgeht, wenn man das Licht ausschaltet. Daher kein Wunder.
Ich hatte mit Balkon reserviert. Dieser bestand aus dem Gang, der vor allen Zimmern der Etage entlang führte und auf den man einfach einen Tisch und einen (!) Stuhl gestellt hat. Leider war daneben direkt die Treppe zum nächsten Stockwerk, so dass quasi jeder über den "Balkon" latschte. Zudem dürfte der Brandschutzbeauftragte hiermit so seine Schwierigkeiten haben, da dies ein Fluchtweg ist. Also mehr bezahlt für nix.
Das Restaurant-Personal wirkte total überfordert, vor allem abends, wenn man Gäste hatte,die Halbpension gebucht hatten und welche, die a la carte essen wollten. Wir haben über eine Stunde auf zwei Pizzen gewartet. Dabei blieben sie jedoch immer höflich.

Diese Unterkunft werde ich nicht wieder buchen.
Pros:

Gut ausgestattetes Zimmer, Infrarot-Kabine.
Sehr freundliches Personal, leider teilweise mit Verständigungsproblemen.

Cons:

Extrem „dünne Wände“. Die Lage wird mit Sassnitz angegeben, der Ort ist allerdings ca. 6 Km entfernt.

Die Bungalows sind sehr hellhörig, die Betten viel zu weich und die Stühle sehr unbequem.

Sehr dünne Wände und dadurch hört man jeden Nachbarn, die Betten sind zu weich, die Stühle nichts für lange Abende, das Frühstück könnte mehr Abwechslung gebrauchen.

Sauberes, modern eingerichtetes, komfortables Zimmer mit Sauna (Infrarotkabine), TV, Föhn, Aussicht aufs Wasser.
Fleißiges Personal beim Frühstück.
Gute Erklärung wie wir an den Schlüssel nach Rezeptionsschluss kommen.

Cons:

Die Dame an der Rezeption hat uns als Gast das Gefühl gegeben lästig zu sein.
Keine Erklärung über Abläufe (bspw. beim Frühstück o.ä.) keine Erklärung. Wir mussten keine Kurtaxe zahlen.
Beim Auschecken mussten wir waren en bis die gleiche Dame überhaupt mal kommt. Kein Zettel mit einem Hinweis, dass die Rezeption bald wieder besetzt ist. Nichts.
Also bei einem Online-Check in Hotel ist das akzeptabel, aber wenn ich Personal erwarte, sollte dieses auch für den mit Gast da sein.

Schönes, ruhiges Hotel am Meer
Pros:

Zimmer war top, sogar mit 2. Etage. Sauna im Zimmer hat super funktioniert. Unser Zimmer war mit Meeresblick und jeden Morgen mit Sonne aufzuwachen ist schon toll.
Zentral gelegen zu vielen Ausflugszielen. Frühstück reicht aus und Restaurant lädt zum Abendessen ein.

Cons:

Manche Gäste nehmen sich wichtiger als sie sind, dafür kann aber das Hotel nichts 😉
