Comfortable stay in great location.
Pros:

Gute Lage für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Busan

Gute Lage, grosszügig mit Balkon und Aussicht auf den Strand und die Brücke.

Cons:

Es gab nur Duschtücher in Handtuchgrösse. Wir haben an der Reception nochmals nachgefragt, sie haben wirklich nur eine Grösse.

Pros:

I stayed with my friend and we were both happy with this accommodation, we knew what we had access to, the staff was nice, the location was great and the price was good.

Cons:

The only thing was that access to the shower was a bit awkward due to lack of space so we had to shimmy in, but didn't mind too much because the place was nice overall

Tip for long stay foreigners
Pros:

Nice Location, just by the ocean and the 24/7 shop with lots of other restaurants

Cons:

There is no detergent for washing machine in the room. You have to buy a sachet of detergent from the vending machine at the reception area. Which is not good for sensitive skin, I have been getting rashes all over my body since using it. The drying rack is also limited, so you have to use the tumble dryer is no rack is available.

Great location but unfortunately the room is very small and facilities not the best
Pros:

Location was excellent, your are 50m to the beach and access to good coffee.
Easy access to Bus and Metro,
Room was clean and quite which was good.
View from room was ok standing on the balcony you got a good view of the beach,
From the bed you can wake up to a sunrise.
If you are there on a Saturday there is a free drone show on the beach,

Cons:

Room was pretty small the photos made the room look bigger,
Bathroom was very small.
There was a very bright sensor activated light that could not be turned off, so every time you walked to the bathroom in the middle of the night or tried to leave early for a run and not wake my partner the light turns on full brightness and is timed for 20 seconds. Very annoying.
Hard to work out the AC didn't end up getting it to work,
No Tea Towel to dry dishes,
No Bath towel given, you are given 4 hand towels to dry with, in all the hotels, apartments and Airbnb's i have stayed in around the world i have never had hand towels given as a replacement for bath towels.
Lighting in the bedroom was annoying as you only had one light switch panel in the corner of the room which was not easy to turn lights on and off once in bed.
There was also an annoying screen to order food that you could not turn off at night - Had to cover with a book,
TV did not work remote was not linked to TV so could turn it on but then not do anything else with it.
Lifts are very busy.
Smell that lingers from the restaurant on level 2 when ever you leave or enter the building, Thankfully it did not make it to our room on Level 6

照片看似房間很大，其實行李箱攤開來能行走的地方不多，但拉開窗簾就是廣安大橋很加分
廁所狹小，以廣安里附近民宿一晚接近3500價格，個人是覺得偏貴（就是賣景的價格)

離南川洞很近，沿著海岸線漫步很舒服，很棒的住宿點！
