Az egyik legjobb Apartman Szeged központjában.
Pros:

Kedves, figyelmes fogadtatásban volt részünk. Szilveszter napján meglepetés pezsgő várt a szobánkban, normál és kölyök pezsgő. Maximálisan rendezett, tiszta, felszerelt apartmanokban tölthettünk 2hetet. Rendszeresen visszajárok és mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom a Rózsa Apartmant.

Incredibly quiet
Pros:

The building has some 1m thick walls, perhaps because of this it is incredibly quiet and cool even without the AC (works fine). As soon as you enter the room, all outside noise is cut off. There are several room options, ours was adequate. As mentioned in other comments, the bed is of the firmer kind, which we liked very much, depends on taste. Parking on the street is free and adequate, considering the circumstances (almost city centre).

Cons:

The kitchen was minimalistic (microwave and coffeemaker, no range). The main pillows were huge (I have always wondered how could a person sleep on such), luckily there are some smaller ones available. The bathroom is quite narrow, manageable for a normal-sized person, but larger people will probably have trouble reaching the shower, as the sink in front of it makes the passage even narrower.

Pros:

Az elhelyezkedés nagyon jó. Könnyen elérhető a tömegközlekedés és a belváros is.
A személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész és mindig elérhető.
Tiszta a szállás, 1 személynek a felszereltség is teljesen jó.
Csöndes a ház, abszolút nem zajos, ahhoz képest, hogy a sugárúton helyezkedik el, nyitott ablak mellett sem.
Ár-érték arányilag is teljesen jó.
Nekem tetszett, hogy egy kis apartman volt 1 személynek, így nagyon kényelmes volt az elhelyezkedés benne.

Cons:

A televízión 1 adó jött csak be (nem tévézni mentem igazából), és a távirányító se működött minden esetben.
A melegvíznek kicsit mintha csatorna szaga lett volna, de lehet ez maga a szegedi víz és nincs hozzá szokva egy utazó.
Érdemes használat előtt elmosni az evőeszközöket és a tányérokat, mert előfordulhat, hogy az előző vendég nem mosta el őket maga után,, vagy nem rendesen.

Nagyon jó ár-érték arány.
Pros:

A szállás jól felszerelt (én egy ágyas szobában voltam), kávé, tea bekészítés, tisztaság, az ágy kényelmes. A szobában klíma. A villamos megálló 2 percre, a belváros is nagyon közel.
