If you are making payment using another card holder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the resort prior to your arrival:

Really great people, great setting, great food. Terrible pillows

Cons:

The pillows! What is it with the pillows? Ideal is one firm, one squishy. Basic. So, if you have a neck problem you can use the squishy to support the neck, and then the Big Firm for back support. Husband is still suffering from bad neck. Shame because the bed itself is v comfortable. Pillows. 👎👎. Actually x100. We love Lakeside. Not the pillows.

I ok the hotel big not teh room allocated to me when yeh hotel was half empty .

Cons:

They put me up Ina room at a bad corner with terrible view of dilapidated properties form the windrow
Here as the hotel was not full and they could have given me a decent room with reasonable view

Pros:

The lounge restaurant staff was great. Lobby area, the room service and the house keeping was exceptional. Breakfast buffet had them all and the staff at the restaurants are friendly and helpful.
