Pros:

We had a wonderful experience with Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by Vochana from the Front Office team.

My son stayed at the hotel for around 10 days during a junior cricket tournament, and during that time, Vochana stood out for her warm and welcoming nature. She was always friendly, approachable, and made a lasting impression on us.

Her professionalism and enthusiasm in promoting the hotel and its facilities truly encouraged us to come back and experience the property ourselves. We decided to stay over a weekend, and it was absolutely worth it.

Vochana is extremely knowledgeable, welcoming, and always willing to share helpful information, making guests feel comfortable and well taken care of.

Our stay was fantastic, the rooms were clean and well maintained, and the entire staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive.

Highly recommended, and special thanks again to Vochana for making our experience even more memorable!

The stay was thankfully short. There are newer, more reasonable hotels in the same vicinity.

Lived up to my expectations
Pros:

Liked the location, the staff and the facilities in general. The breakfast buffet was enormous and something for everyone. Was a trifle disappointed that there were not many varieties of fresh,cut tropical fruits at the buffet, compared to similar buffets in Thailand or Malaysia. Both the Chinese and Thai restaurants in the hotel were good. The latter more so.All in all a pleasant enough stay.

Cons:

I didn't like that the place settings at the breakfast buffet didn't have teaspoons. Had to run around and ask for one.
