Pros:

Very central in Colombo
Staff super helpful
Good breakfast

Cons:

The hotel would need a bit of care and love (it is quite nice but be better with some "modernizing" the room)

Very nice stay near the famous BALLY's casino and very close to Galle Face Mall
Pros:

Room was excellent only issue was mosquitoes which i informed room service and initially they said they cannot provide any repellent, but later I complained more and they gave one almost used mosquito repellent.

Cons:

Same the staff didnt provided the Mosquito repellent and i was exposed to many mosquito bites during my stay.
