Better than Expected!
Pros:

The young men that worked at the reception desk were very helpful, courteous, polite

Cons:

The hotel hotel faces a busy street and my room was right on the street so it was very difficult to rest from all of the street noise

Pros:

Todos os funcionários são extremamente gentis e nos ajudaram com exatamente tudo que precisamos. A localização também é muito boa, perto de bastante pontos turísticos e de fácil acesso para o resto da cidade. A cama é bem confortável e o café da manhã é estilo cultural. A rua foi bastante segura para andarmos a qualquer horário.

Cons:

Só tivemos um problema com o ralo do banheiro, porém foi resolvido bem rápido. Então foi super tranquilo

És insalubre, el aire estaba demasiado sucio se conseguía oler el polvo por toda la habitación, sin hablar del baño, lleno de moho y humedad. Honestamente, la limpieza no és lo suyo.

Pequeño pero muy bueno

Es un hotel pequñito, muy bien ubicado (la ubicacion es genial ) muy comodo. La habitacion era pequeña, con vista al mar, muy bonita y luminosa, con todo lo necesario: aire acondicionado, herbidor, secador de pelo, un espejo grande en la habitacion, el agua caliente del baño muy regulable la ducha muy buena, con mucha agua...muy comodo. El personal muy amable y dispuestos a ayudar a todo lo que uno necesita, tienen hasta paraguas para prestar en los dias de lluvia...El desayuno rico y el internet muy bueno. Ademas es un hotel silencioso...muy grato para descansar.

El estractor de aire del baño sonaba un poco fuerte.

Lovely old town location
Pros:

Excellent location, 1 km walk from the nearest marmaray subway line, very near to tourist hotspot, easy connection to SAW airport. Breakfast was included, accept EUR cash payment, flexible check in time. Quite quiet despite the junction location. Electric kettle, tea, coffee is provided, great value for money

Идеальное сочетание цены и качества услуг.
Pros:

Хорошие условия за небольшую стоимость. Чистое бельё и полотенца, добротная кровать и удобный матрас на кровати. В номере есть всё необходимое- кондиционер, холодильник, чайник с кружками (и налобник чай/кофе/сахар), ТВ. В конце февраля в номере было тепло и комфортно.
Мы прекрасно выспались ночь после перелёта, утром позавтракали. Завтрак очень достойный.

Cons:

Бронировали номер эконом, оказалось что он в цоколе с маленьким окном под потолком - понятно, что всё это обусловлено стоимостью, но всё же, такая информация должна быть указана при бронировании, это важно для принятия решения. Всё в номере очень старенькое (кроме кровати из дерева, она вне возраста). Но, повторюсь, всё полностью обусловлено стоимостью.
