overall good but need improvement, hotel is on height, need light light.
Pros:

Staff was cooperative. Location is good specially lot of resturents around. Its on height . overall good and will recmend, breakfast was not buffet but was a pack for each person. It was good but quantity should be increased.

Cons:

Its on height, no window, 8 led lights so room was bright but all controlled by one switch and in night either full bright or full dark please please arrange night light

Pros:

Very clean and friendly hotel, located near the most important attractions in Istanbul historical quarter. The staff is lovely too. Breakfast is good and the price for the stay absolutely fair. Would stay again!

Pros:

Its location is amazing - about 6-7 minutes on foot from the Blue mosque. Also, you can leave your luggage at the hotel reception!

Stay away from this hotel
Pros:

The only positive thing was the friendliness of the staff. And breakfast was ok. Don’t get fooled by the position, it’s only central if you’re willing to reach Sultanahmet every single day (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar) but for everything else, it’s not that great and you’ll have to change many means of transportation.

Cons:

Honestly it was just awful. The rooms are terrible: dirty, small and the floors are full of spots of paint from the last time the walls were painted. The rooms are uncomfortable to reach: this hotel is absolutely non disabled-friendly as it consists of 5 floors with spiral staircases and no elevator. We had to change two rooms as the first one was awful and absolutely not what I saw on the pictures in here. As a result, we had to spend our first night in a very small room with no window view and an emergency door which overlooked the external stairs. Things didn’t go better with the second room but at that point we were just embarrassed to tell anything. The water would run whenever it wanted, sometimes hot water was impossible to have and there were no curtains so we had to be creative to avoid being woken up by the sun at 6 am (see picture). We only had the room cleaned the first day even though we stayed 4 nights. The guests close to our room were very rude and on the last night they kept us awake until 4 am with music and noises. There is no control of the guests, no silence policy and no comprehension of the problems. Never again

Great place! Location is perfect, beautiful view from the balcony,comfortable & clean. Everything was excellent, communication with staff was perfect. I really enjoyed my stay,if I come to Istanbul again, this will surely be my choice again.
