There is no room service or restaurant even though they are showing room service available in amenities

Cons:

No coordination between morning staff and afternoon staff. We checked in at 5 am and vacated by 6pm and hence we requested for afternoon fresh up, afternoon staff forced us to vacate though morning staff agreed to stay till evening.
