Can do better KKM

the location very close to Thampanoor station

Cons:

the hotel lobby AC is always off unless we request. if we are coming from the hot & humid weather outside the Aircon is a bliss, however for some reason the staffs keep it off. secondly, the bath towels and cushion cover have this very old and stained look (its a shade of very light brown tint). when the floor is cleaned with a mop, the residue or rather a sticky feel to the bare feet can be sensed. breakfast buffet we had on one occasion had limited options for the price.

Room was not cleaned well. Linens are out dated, I found cockroach in the room, No carpet in the room and the floor was sticky. 4 star Hotel but no bath tub in the wash room. As per the House keeping team they are using only old linens in the rooms. I requested to change it then they told me all rooms are same the towels are like discarded. It can not be used in the guest rooms. I booked room for 3 persons with extra bed but it was not arranged,, it was done only after request. Cable TV was not working,

The food was the highlight of the stay. Their restaurant serves the best South Indian non-veg food
