Bar staff wouldn't serve us at 11.42 on the weekend. Bar was open to 12.30. He then proceeded to continue to serve other people. His behaviour was incredibly rude, and said that they didn't care at all about reviews, which says all you need to know. We were told 'just leave it' by the receptionist, despite being patronised and told to go to bed by the barman in front of him. Tried to complain the next day to a manager who insinuated we must have been drunk, despite just arriving from a long drive completely sober.

We were a large party who had stayed here before and will not be again. They need to hire better staff. Don't stay here.

Pros:

Onze reservering (1 nacht van 5 op 6 april) is door Booking.com onrechtmatig geannuleerd zonder eea aan ons kenbaar te maken. Derhalve kregen wij bij de receptie de mededeling dat er geen kamer voor ons was geboekt. De receptionist vond dit een zeer vervelende situatie (wist ook te melden dat dit niet de eerste keer was dat Booking.com dit soort acties uithaalde). Gelukkig kon hij nog een kamer voor ons reserveren en werd eea verder afgehandeld via het hotel waarbij wij ook nog eens een prima korting kregen aangeboden + ontbijtbuffet.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt mitten im Wald. Es gibt einen großen Parkplatz und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Im Zimmer befinden sich eine Kaffeemaschine und ein Wasserkocher, außerdem werden Kaffee, Tee und Zucker bereitgestellt.
