Pros:

We chose this motel for a quick stay before flying out of Chumphon airport. The little bungalow was nice and quiet. AC worked well. Bed and bedding comfortable. The hostess was very kind to us and helped us get to the airport with a very reasonable price ride service.

Pros:

This hotel tries so, so hard to please the customers. It's a family hotel. We're there for the airport. They brought us a breakfast. It costs 150 Bahts per person to the airport. I forgot the return the key and left by a store in the airport. Communication through Expedia app is convenient.

Pros:

I arrived in late afternoon and found that I'd booked the wrong sized room, way to big for me. The staff were lovely and sorted it out in minutes. So really nice staff on site, friendly and helpful. The resort is directly opposite a seafood restaurant which I didn't rate, the food wasn't good. However there are a number of restaurants close by. The beach across the road is fabulous, enormous sandy beaches stretching into the distance with no one on them. The room itself was adequate. Basic with air conditioning, the bed quite comfortable and the pillows okay. There was a water heater flask for tea, but there were no tea bags. Luckily I'd brought my own. The lady on reception went and bought me some milk. I did ask if the shower was hot and was told it was but it was cold when i used it. I'm sure if I'd asked it would habe been sorted. I only stayed one night so it was fine. The breakfast was interesting with two jam sandwiches, a bit of scrambled egg and what I call a plastic sausage. Typical for many hotels in this part of the world. So all in all I'd describe the resort as adequate but the staff exceptional.
