I liked that the room is spacious and has a bidet.
First impressions lasts. As a traveler, i always expect the best especially if i pay a good amount of money for a service. And i say that I wasn’t impressed when i first arrived at the hotel. The male staff outside just watched me while i was struggling in carrying my luggage after i got off the taxi. I asked if he is a staff there and he just looked at me. My room was located in the new building across the main building and the reception asked the same male staff to accompany me. We then went to the building where my room is located and we went through 2 flight of stairs. I asked the staff if there is any lift in that building as it will be inconvenient to go back and forth the stairs if guests are in a hurry. He said yes there is at the back but he doesn’t want to go there because he is lazy. And i replied, “yes, you are”. Because he is lazy. The duration of my stay at ambassador there is no assistance from any staff because no staff or reception is available from that building. All staffs are in the main building. Also, i always had to go by the stairs because although the lift is accessible, the gate of the building is always locked so there is no way to go out the gate so i had to go back the stairs every-time. I stayed 4 nights and the breakfast was the worst i had in all of my stays in every hotel in the world. It is a 4 star hotel and the breakfast is just leftovers from the previous days and it’s also limited. They don’t refill breakfast, once eggs are finished then it’s finished. They clean the rooms everyday, yes. But they don’t change towels and robe. I used the same towel and robe everyday for my whole 5 days stay. Overall, service is just so bad for a 4 star hotel. It’s not worth the money staying there. And i’m never staying there again nor recommend it to someone.
The property os exactly same as the photos. Big space, big and comfortable beds, very modern, clean always. Accessible to restaurants, coffee shop, grocery. Quiet place.
Wifi had issues on our last day. Some connectivity issues.
