Airport Southgate

Photos looked too good. Upon arrival- neighbourhood area seemed scary as it was in a remote location- felt a bit insecure but turned out to be a great place. Will certainly consider once again for a transit stop

This older apartment, now a hotel, lacks adequate amenities, parking, and cleanliness, and feels somewhat dated. I wouldn't book it again or recommend it, unless it's the absolute cheapest option available and you have no other choice.

Good service

The place was spacious but a little in the middle of now where. The aircon was only in the bedroom and did not work well. The bedding was not clean! Overall a fine spot to stay overnight for a cheap stop over near the airport. You get what you pay for.

There's a lot to like about this place! It's a perfectly fine place to sleep before going to the airport. It gives a lovely view of the planes landing, and the noise manages not to reach the place. One of the main issues I have is that the water from the geyser is connected to the hand sprayer, so when the geyser is on, only searing hot water comes out of the sprayer, it was very scary. The other issue is that there is an open space that they could have used as a shower stall instead of making the shower in the bathroom, there was very little space and no space to put clothes, cleaning products and towels. But the service was great, the food was quick and the restaurant has a lot of options. Plus when our taxi fell through, they immediately got another, even better one for us. I highly suggest this place as a great place to rest before or after reaching the airport.

They informed us that they can’t find our booking from Expedia . After few conversations they allowed us to stay

Good for a short duration

The property was ok. The rooms were decently furnished. The homes are in a medium-rise condo. Air conditioning worked in one of the rooms; as it was too late when we checked in, we didn't bother getting the other room fixed. The bathrooms are typical Indian design - if you take a shower, you're going to wet the entire floor including the toilet seat. The water heater is no good after about 5 minutes in the shower. So, it'll teach you good shower etiquette!

Make no mistake; this is one of the better hotels in the vicinity of the airport. You can order breakfast and have it delivered to your room at a reasonable price. Recommended for an overnight stay before you have to catch an onward flight to somewhere.

Hotel was great. The noise at night from nearby establishments was very bothersome. Music from a loud speaker made it impossible to relax.

The main thing is that there is a pervasive smell of urine around the property because of the surrounding area which hits you as soon as you reach the property and doesn't quite go away even as you climb some floors.

The room itself was clean and convenient. The windows though only had curtains. The reception was helpful with managing our luggage, providing iron board, and arranging transportation to the airport (though that did arrive late through no fault of the hotel people).
