Amazing
Pros:

Staying at this homestay truly felt like a home away from home. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Each morning, they prepared delicious breakfasts featuring unique Kerala dishes, giving us a chance to experience authentic local flavors.

The property is surrounded by lush greenery, with plenty of trees and plants in the garden. We even had the pleasure of picking and enjoying fresh mangoes straight from the tree! Our room was clean and cozy, and the shared kitchen and lounge were always well-maintained.

One of my favorite moments was sitting on the swing in the balcony, sipping my morning tea while soaking in the peaceful surroundings. The hosts were incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations on places to visit and how to get around. On our first night, the host even drove us to a restaurant, waited for us, and brought us back—a gesture that truly reflected their kindness and hospitality.

Overall, it was a wonderful and comfortable stay, and I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting the area.

Incredible Experience
Pros:

Had a really pleasant and warm home stay experience at Palakal Residency. The house owners are some of the kindest people we ever met!…they were really sweet and caring to our one year old baby as well.Lisa Aunty’s breakfast is unforgettable so affordable and delicious at the same time!
Will surely be visiting on our next trip to Kerala.
Highly recommended.
