Cons:

Me pareció excesivo todo el check-in online, la entrega de llaves con código, la fianza en una plataforma, etc. Creo que no es necesario tener que gestionar online tanta información personal... Pero en fin, así suelen ser ahora estos servicios.

Chegamos no local não tem recepção, por sorte encontramos uma funcionária da limpeza que estava de saída e nos deu um telefone , onde fomos informado que o check in era on line , descobri que o email encaminhado foi pro spam , pedem caução . Durante os tres dias que ficamos não tivemos contato com ninguém e não houve troca de toalhas. O ar condicionado funcionou no primeiro dia e só disponibilizam um edredom e a noite tem uma luz verde de emergência acesa no quarto, recomendo levar um tapa olhos. O local fica distante do centro , embora haja estação de metrô a 400m
