Muy buena. Se atendió mi petición de la habitación en planta baja. Es la tercera vez que me alojo aquí y repetiré.

Cons:

Falta de apoio no check-in, o “rececionista” (se é que se pode chamar tal coisa) foi extremamente não prestável, escondendo-se na cabine a cada palavra trocada connosco, mesmo nós mostrando clara necessidade de ajuda mais “intensa”. Péssima primeira impressão, a comunicação não é fácil. Se não fala espanhol, nem vale a pena.

Does the trick but all extra work is not making the stay pleasant.
Cons:

By asking for photos of the appartment it automatically triggers the feeling to check all and report everything whats wrong. that costs me time and effort. not something what I want during a citytrip. plus the points which I send were only partially handled. hair on the bed = no respons, no remote control = no respons, broken coffeemachine = only handled on the last day.

Muy por de bajo la calidad con respecto a lo que piden y venden

Estaba limpio y organizado con una buena locación.

Cons:

Para empezar no logramos al principio pagar la fianza porque mi tarjeta es de un banco Israeli y parece que tienen problemas con eso luego el muchacho encargado de atender no respondía y no se encargaba de intentar ayudar con la situación de que habíamos pagado ya la habitación y no podíamos entrar, luego se tardaron muchísimo en mandar la contraseña para entrar y estuvimos esperando más tarde entramos y descubrimos que carecen completamente de personal en recepción está directamente vacío. El tema del wifi fue horrible no llegaba a ninguna habitación de nuestra planta y cuando pedimos ayuda sólo nos sabían decir que lo volviéramos a intentar cuando claramente la conexión no llegaba porque podíamos estar conectados abajo y cuando se acercaba a la habitación se caía. Ya para último también tenia normal muy rigurosas como que por cualquier mancha o así se quedaría con los150 euros de fianza cuando ellos no cumplían los requisitos por los que habíamos pagado el precio de la habitación. Independiente muy mala atención y carecen absolutamente de personal que te ayude.

I like the location and very clean.

Cons:

Check in process was very complex. I couldn't receive any emails, nor could I complete my paperwork online process. Ended up having to send pictures of my paperwork, documents, and they were uploaded by Danny.

It is a very cozy place and accessible but terrible wifi and very cold in winter
Pros:

I liked that they had good warm water
The bed was very comfortable.
It is very good situated.
Very safe and accessible.

Cons:

The wifi was the WORST. It was very frustrating to be in the room with the WIFI.

It was very cold in Madrid annd they did not have any heater or extra blankets

Estaba todo nuevo y era cómodo y funcional perfecto para varios días nos movimos en bus y metro

Dobry na krótki pobyt
Pros:

Lokalizacja, pokój posiadał lodówkę, kuchenkę, było czysto, był bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą poprzez WhatsApp.

Cons:

Bardzo zimna podłoga, ogrzewanie poprzez nawiew. Może powodować problemy z gardłem. Bardzo niewygodna łazienka, nie da się otworzyć drzwi prysznica i wygodnie wejść do kabiny bo zaraz obok jest muszla klozetowa - trzeba się przeciskać. Drzwi się również nie domykały, nie było kosza na śmieci.
