Pros:

Очень удобное расположение, комфорт и чистота. Старый город, набережная, все в пешей доступности. Персонал очень внимателен. Особая благодарность Имрану за проявленное внимание в любое время суток. Завтрак на крыше просто волшебный, с потрясающим видом на старый город!

Pros:

Месторасположение шикарное. Терраса на завтраках с прекрасным видом. Просторные апартаменты с кондиционерами с каждой комнате. Завтрак замечательный. Имрану огромное спасибо!
Вай фай отличный, полотенца приносили по запросу и штопор тоже)))

Cons:

Уборки так и не было, но нам было не сильно принципиально. У уборщицы был день рождения.

Amazing location in old town, perfect for our trip.
Pros:

The location in the old town was amazing, really beautiful area and the apartment building has a balcony with a great view out over the city. Communicating with the host was very easy. There is a water cooler which was a great touch and the water was quickly replenished when requested. Checking out at 12pm was a bonus.
Beds were comfortable. The apartment is relatively basic but great for our weekend stay.

Cons:

The bathroom was a little old and the shower was slow to drain but minor complaints really. Overall great stay.

Amazing experience.
Pros:

The location is amazing, right in the heart of the old town. Going on the roof gives amazing view of sea and surrounding old city. The property is generally clean except the toilet where it can certainly be improved.

Cons:

The Toilet can be improved - the common areas can as well be slightly more polished. There is no parking and car will not take you to the door of the property. But it is okay since it is the area where cabs/cars can not go.

Overall a good comfortable stay in Baku
Pros:

Apartment has an ideal location within the Icheriseher, old city. Close to promenade, Metro station and Nizami street. Nice old style cosy apartment. Great view of the Caspian sea from the terrace. Friendly & helpful staff. Clean rooms with basic amenities. Close to Baku F1 circuit.

Cons:

Old city is closed for cars. We had to walk with luggage on cobbled street. Location on Google maps is not exact.
