A slightly disappointing stay
Pros:

The views of the lake were incredible.
The staff were friendly and really helpful.

Cons:

The bedding was strange and the sheets did not fit the beds properly so they came loose while sleeping.
No hot water for showering on the second night.
No house-cleaning whatsoever.
Restaurant at the hotel is expensive! Literally double what the restaurant next door charges.

Tout était parfait, le confort de la chambre pourrait être amélioré

La proximité du lac, la vue, le petit déjeuner au bord du lac, les oiseaux, la salle de restaurant, le tilapia grillé. Mention spéciale à Emmanuel pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

Pros:

Le personnel est d'une très grande amabilité et serviabilité. Ils nous ont attendu patiemment malgré notre arrivée tardive. L'accès au lac est immédiat depuis l'hôtel. Nous avons pu profiter de la petite plage une bonne partie de la journée alors que nous avions déjà fait notre check-out.

Pros:

I truly appreciated the direct access to the lake. The staff were so welcoming and attentive to my needs. One of them negotiated the price for me to get a ride tour of the town in moto bike.
I received the greatest breakfast since long ago, with a great coffee.

La nature et l'emplacement m'ont beaucoup plus!
Faciliter de bouger car l'hotel est au bord de la route,
Faciliter de faire le rendonner sur le lac kivu avec acces aux differents endroits,

Cons:

Les lits sont bons mais ca bouge trop du fait que le matelas n'est pas bien attache afin de constituer l'attache sans detachement. les couleurs des chaises sont tres claires.
