Pros:

Nice place not far away from the city center. In the room you have all you need for breakfast. No windows, but there are humidifiers and a fan.
I recommend it.

Cons:

The room was so damp that all the furniture felt wet, and it was freezing cold because the heater wasn't working. To make matters worse, they tried to open my door twice during the night. It was a nightmare of an experience.

Damp room with mould and mouldy odours .. worst place I have ever stayed !

We were in a basement room with mould and the odour of mould. Damp awful room that I don’t think should be used for people to stay in. Was the worse 3 nights ever!

Overall ok for what we needed
Pros:

Communication excellent throughout.
Excellent value for money
Tea coffee, biscuits, long life pan au chocolates.
Was perfect for what we needed centre of Jewelry quarter 15 mins walk to utility arena .
Good pubs and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended the church!

Cons:

Would have preferred bottled water rather than jugs of water in the fridge but im fussy.

The location is amazing, the room was very well organised, with coffee, tea, biscuits. Easy and clear check-in and check out instructions.

Cons:

Everything was so nice, but please, change the mattress, I could feel the springs in my whole body and it was very hard to sleep 😞
