Go only on warm days.
Pros:

The location is quite good, as it is walkable to the canal. The room is big, and there are two beds, the smaller one is more comfy.

Cons:

There is no hot water, and there was one night the temperature dropped from 80s to 50s. I was shaking while inside the room and needed to wear a jacket to sleep. The shower drips nonstop and I had to put towels on the floor to absorb some dripping noise. There is a metal plate under the shower which makes a huge noise with the drips.

Alojamiento con buena ubicación
Pros:

Es un alojamiento con excelente ubicación para conocer el centro de Monterrey

Cons:

La habitación se siente muy encerrada debido a que las ventanas son muy pequeñas, y la que se encuentra en la habitación da justo a la entrada, así que no es muy cómodo tenerla baierta por temas de privacidad
