A beautiful boutique accommodation in a quiet area, and an easy walk to the castle, Pigeon Valley and food options. The breakfast was amazing with generous quantities. Free parking on the street and a short drive to the Göreme Open Air park and other scenic and historic sites.
La tranquilidad... Después de haber estado 2 días en Istambul, llegar aquí fue un alivio!
Las instalaciones son rústicas y con encanto, acordes al entorno. La habitación familiar, muy luminosa y espaciosa.
La propietaria fue muy amable con nosotros.
El desayuno no es de buffet, lo sirven a la mesa y es acorde. Nosotros pedimos más huevos y nos los sirvieron sin problema.
Está situado en una zona tranquila y residencial, pero muy cerca de la zona céntrica y a 10 minutos caminando del castillo de Uçhisar.
La iluminación artificial era un poco deficiente, sobre todo en la habitación de los niños, y en el comedor común del desayuno, que no tiene ventanas.
Y ésto sé que es una cuestión de costumbres, pero al no tener persianas ni cortinas que bloqueen la luz de las ventanas de las habitaciones, por la mañana entra mucha luz y eso puede dificultar el descanso... Recomiendo traer antifaz!
En el baño faltaba jabón y papel higiénico de repuesto, pero pedimos y nos dieron sin problema.

L'immense gentillesse de la patronne et du personnel, leur disponibilité, leur confiance, leur écoute, leur réactivité et leur grande honnêteté.
La simplicité des relations, du fonctionnement de l'hôtel.
La situation géographique à l'écart de l'agitation du centre ville tout en étant à moins de 10 minutes à pied (avec deux supérettes et deux petits restaurants au bout de la rue).
La propreté impeccable de l'ensemble de l'hôtel.
La proposition variée au petit déjeuner.
La chambre familiale très spacieuse avec deux espaces séparés, des lits individuels pour les enfants, la terrasse en balcon.
Pour information, nous y avons passé une semaine complète avec 2 enfants et un ado.

Dopo essermi svegliata piena di punture di insetti su tutto il corpo ho ispezionato bene i materassi della camera e ho trovato le CIMICI dei letti. Vacanza completamente rovinata perché devo assumere farmaci per il prurito e le infezioni, niente sole e niente bagni al mare. La richiesta di rimborso per il danno arrecatomi, non è stata accolta perché, secondo loro, la struttura non era completamente responsabile dell'accaduto. Hanno dichiarato di aver provveduto a chiudere la stanza e ad effettuare una nuova disinfestazione e per loro il problema è stato risolto.

Great position to visit all main Cappadocia sites. It is possible to park nearby. It is located in a very silent area.
The personnel is very friendly and ready to support.
The breakfast is genuine and rich.
Calm and quiet place and the caretaker is very helpful.

The hotel itself is well maintained. The stonewalls, terrace and color choices is quite pleasant.
The location is also quite good as it is not far away from the town's center.
The women who welcomed us at the beginning was also quite pleasant and friendly.
NEGATIVES:
Now, the main reason why I'm giving this place such a bad score is that the current rating is way to high and unrealistic.
I mean there are some good points but there are also some very bad ones.
The main issue that we have is not mainly towards the establishment itself but toward the man (might be the owner) that we had to deal with in the evening after we came back to the premise in the evening.
So first things first, when we checked-in we noticed that there was no WIFI signal in our room and I mean only in our room. The rest of the hotel (reception, lobby, restaurant hallway) was ok. The reason? Our room was simply to far away from the router, so whilst going towards it we could see on our phone how the signal's strength was slowly fading away until there was no more once we entered.
Now we reported this to the women that welcomed us and she told us that we would get a signal strength amplifier and that until than we could use the WIFI whilst sitting in the lobby. This solution was not perfect for us but hey, we understood that something like that could happen and decided to spend the day outside thinking that the issue would be solved once we came back.
As mentioned above, we then came back in the evening (around 8PM), went into our room but unfortunately the issue was still persisting.
The women from the earlier in the day wasn't there anymore so we reported it to a man (might be the owner but hopefully not) who was at the reception and who welcomed us inside.
This is were it starts, first he tells us some silly excuses in a very disrespectful way saying that this is a village and that there is regular connection instability/reliability and that this would be normal.
We explained that it was simply the fact that the router was to far away and that it had nothing to do with what he told us (he knew exactly what he was doing/saying).
He then also told us again to use the lobby area. This is for us unacceptable, how can we be the only room in the whole hotel that cannot profit from room WIFI? We need to use our laptops to work and take calls, we cannot be in a public space where there might be at some point other people sitting next to us and taking or disturbing us.
Furthermore, when going into the room earlier to check if the WIFI issue was fixed, we also noticed that there was some sewage smell coming out from our toilet. This was also reported at the same man at the same time who simply as a solution turned on the the shower, telling us to let the water run 5 minutes and the smell will then go away. My dear, the issue was the toilet and not the shower!!! This was again a great example on how he managed customer issues, deflecting everything, not taking responsibility for anything and offering silly workarounds. What a disgrace.
After contesting the proposed "solutions" he dared to tell us to go to another place if we don't like it here and took away our room key after the argument intensified when we exposed his nonsense solutions (luckily there was another hotel that took us in for that night).
We asked via Booking for a full refund, which we didn't get (only partially). At this point it's not even anymore a matter of money but of principle. It's not like we need to pay a kind of "fee" for being disrespected and not taking seriously as we did.
So the next day we contacted the police, went with them to the premise and the refund issue got luckily solved. Did it need to get this far?
You should be ashamed of yourself and I feel sorry for the nice women who has to endure this person on a daily basis.
Прекрасный отель за свои деньги, все понравилось, очень уютный и атмосйерный номер, к сожалению не попали на завтрак, так как нужно было уезжать, а завтрак в 08:30.

Hôtel parfait, un peu a l'écart du centre mais a quelques minutes a pied. Hôtel calme, chambre jolie et confortable, bonne literie, petit déjeuner gourmand, copieux, délicieux avec des produits frais.
Accueil adorable.
